Note* This mic is NOT for people who are just jumping into the podcast/stream world. It is a worthy investment but isn't the best beginner microphone unless you've got the cash to spare.
Pros:
- Solid construction
- Clear and crisp sound quality
- End User mic, blocks out noise from mechanical keyboards and other people in the room
- Proximity effect gives your voice that rich radio tone you long for
- Easy high pass filter through a switch on the rear
- Comes with a solid mount (Hard plastic)
- Internal pop filter*
Cons:
- *External pop filter still recommended
- Needs a mixer or USB Audio Interface for phantom power
- Needs the gain turned up quite a bit if used for game streaming (does not create additional noise)
- Price point is high but comes with a 10 year warranty if registered
This is an amazing mic and I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about their audio quality.
