Posted .We would like you to know that Reach Antenna is always working to strengthen your signal, but you may not always see more “bars” on your phone screen so it may not always be easy to see that it is working for you. The reason for this is that your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. Often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.

It would be preferable if the thickness was reduced so it would work for all pPhone cases. I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my phone's battery life as well as data speeds. This unit is very convenient to use. I cannot speak for dropped calls since I never have a dropped call. However I did notice that the call quality seems to have improved remarkably.

I have noticed that my signal speeds and connection are much better. In my work break room I used to experience major delays when streaming. Recently, since I have attached the antenna, the signal and stream is smooth without any interruption. I have have experienced less dropped calls and better quality calls.

My phone is slow when I go to places so using the antenna helps with that. My calls didn't drop at all. At first I thought this was like an antenna that sticks out. When I found out that the reach antenna can stick on the back on the phone I was very happy that someone came up with a new way of technology.

Posted .It’s important to know that the “bars” on your phone screen do not show you the full picture of your signal and you can have a benefit from Reach Antenna without seeing an extra “bar”. Often times Reach Antenna performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal.
The reason for this is that your phone's signal strength is measured in dB’s which use a logarithmic scale that is non linear like the earthquake scale. This means that you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5X signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. A full bar of improvement for your signal takes 10 dBs, which equals a VERY BIG 10X improvement in your signal.

I loved the antenna

I didn't have service at all in the Grand Canyon park, however I had at least one bar, and often two, more bars of coverage than my family who were on the trip with me. I used my phone as a hotspot, with the antenna attached, and my data speeds were even faster than at least one hotel I stayed in. I always had service when other members of the travel party had absolutely no service or were roaming. I normally lose calls in the basement of my house but I haven't lost a call since I attached the Reach to my phone. In short, I think this product is pretty awesome.
