It did nothing to boost my cell signal and it made my phone behave very oddly. After I installed the antenna, there were two instances of my receiving an incoming call where the person insisted that I had called them. I checked my recent calls and there was no record of an outgoing call to either of them. The only call was the incoming that I received. But in each instance, the person insisted that I had called them. It was very weird. I removed the Reach and have had no further issues with this odd behavior. Needless to say I returned this product to Best Buy.

Often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal. We have tested it extensively and created a video documenting our testing. The only good thing I can say is that they included a tool to remove the product from your phone. I returned it after a disappointing week of testing.

Posted .Please know that Reach Antenna is always working to strengthen your signal but you may not realize that as performance doesn’t always show as “bars” on your phone screen. Your phone’s signal strength is measured in dB’s, and with the logarithmic (non linear) dB scale you can have a 2 dB improvement (which gives you a 1.5x signal improvement) while still not having the phone show an extra “bar”. This means that often times performance is seen when you have the ability to make and hold calls in areas where you were previously unable to. You may also see better battery life because the phone isn’t having to work as hard to find and hold a signal. It is also important to know that we designed Reach Antenna to be used (1) with a case and (2) also when held in your hand, so how you are using it and what case you have are factors in performance.

Disappointed

I have called AT&T and they said there is a tower 4 miles from my house. I drop calls all the time. I thought I would give this a try. It has not helped at all. Same exact issues :-(
