Good for Playstation. Lacking overall bur still fun.

good game, a bit different but good. first delve into the series

As a follow-up to Guerrilla, this was a big disappointment as it has the same destructive elements and physics-based game design, but confines that in tight corridors and areas where it's more of a nuisance than it is enjoyable.

Its just repetitive. poor story line and only killing creatures just for killing them doesnt make any sense. I hoped this was as good as resistance, but it disappointed.

This was fun to play Red Faction again and a lot of fun with the storyline

A disappointing follow-up to the much superior Red Faction: Guerilla. The game looks nice and the weapon variety is solid (love the Magnet gun), but almost everything else is weak. Poor story, far too linear. Progressing through the game felt more like a chore than anything. You're better off playing Guerilla and avoiding Armageddon.

i bought this game cuz i fell in love with the red faction guerilla game... i loved destroying everything with the hammer and just free roaming the world choosing the missions and doing what i wanted... well this game is nothing like that... the storyline was straight out of halo... ur set against ur enemy but o wait not this new enemy that is leeching onto everything to feed is now trying to destroy everything and u need to stop both... the creatures were out of halo and world of warcraft... the game was not free roaming and u had to follow a strict storyline... i almost never needed my hammer and never even had it equipped after the beginning which was highly dissappointing... there were some new weapons that were fun but other then that it was just a let down... overall the game was decent but for red faction it was just a let down and i wish i had never bought it... if u want to buy it because u loved guerrilla then is it not the game for u

Solid story mode, Nice variety of Modes but it did lack in map choice for ruin mode. I also did miss the availability to free roam in previous Red Faction's.

If the single player and multiplayer is half as good as in red faction guerilla this game will be amazing. It is complete with stunning visuals and fast paced gameplay makes it one of the top games on the market.
