Manufacturer does not support product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Red Core infrared heater. Starting the 2nd winter it would not turn on. Out of warranty I tried to call the number on the manual. Bad number. I contacted BestBuy. They could not find the number either. They did some research and found an email address. They emailed that address and came back with a phone number and contact. I called them: it was not Red Core. Now I am stuck with a $150 paper weight. First, don't buy Red Core period. Second, don't think because you bought it online with BestBuy that they will back it up, with this on any other non BestBuy product.

Alright but maybe a little noisy

Will not heat up a medium size room

It's a great buy
