We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased.
Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

The giys that delivered and installed the fridge were super fast and efficient! They took care of the fridge and unboxed and nicely put it where i wanted it. They were very professional and friendly!

I had purchased the upgraded water line bundle at the same time as the fridge and the install yet the installers used the terrible saddle valve! I could have done that! I wanted the professional install I ordered but got less than what I bought and expected.

I have PVC pipes and it required a different type of install for the water line on my refrigerator. I wasn't aware until after my initial appointment. My rating is based the amount of time it too to complete the install, over multiple visits.

Nice looking Fridge inside and out. Roomy door shelves Except fit Freezer side with only 3 very small shelves under big Ice/Water unit.
freezer shelves also deep And Narrow. Need inventory to know what’s in there. Delivery Techs did not hookup Waterline to Ice Maker. Said they don’t do Manufactured Homes. I paid for the install and should get a Refund. Over a $100.

After some issues with the delivery of the refrigerator, the second crew was very helpful and accommodating to make things right. They actually moved the old refrigerator and unpacked the new one and brought it in the house. This was not on their work order, but they tried to make things right, even though it wasn’t on their work order. It seems like their was a total lack of communication, and the first guy didn’t didn’t do the job that was required of him. After a month of waiting, we are finally glad to get it.

Best Buy told me not to use a cinch kit to hook up my ice-maker. They told me they weren’t approved or recommended by them, or plumbers, because they didn’t last. They even went as far as saying that’s why they didn’t sell the kits. I was all set to tap into the water line, but thought better of it because the “experts” told me different. Instead they confirmed if I paid for installation I would have a water line with faucet valve installed behind my fridge. Due to this info I took my kit back and had them install. When the installers finished I quickly noticed they did exactly what I was going to do.
I also had issues with my install of my dishwasher and was told not to put two drain tubes together because the stock one wasn’t long enough. After weeks of looking and buying items that wouldn’t work, I couldn’t find one single tube that would. I had the installers come to review this after being told they couldn’t guarantee they could do anything for me. I only was able to get help at all by elevating to a manager too. And again... The installers came, connected it with no issue using two drain pipes and proceeded to confirm both fixes they had for me were standard and that’s how they always do it. I was without working appliances for weeks because of Best Buy gave me inaccurate information and I paid close to $300 for jobs I would have done myself and had already done most of. On top of that I stopped into Best Buy on Alpine, left a message for Adam the appliance manager I had worked with, and after a week I still haven’t heard back. I’m purely frustrated and extremely unhappy with this service.

Techs were great and very professional. Only issue on this might be because the fridge is slightly unbalanced. when you push lightly on the doors it rocks slightly. Causes the left door to slam shut with little effort. And they didn't get all the tape removed from the inside.

Installers charged an additional fee of $240 on the day of service - in addition to the $139 I already paid Best Buy - and no one contacted me or said anything about it until the installers arrived at my house. I had the area measured and the waterline inspected a week prior to delivery so that Best Buy could let me know if there would be any additional charges. I asked the person who came for the inspection if it would cost anything additional and he said, “Best Buy will let you know if there is”. Again, no one from Best Buy contacted me about an additional charge and yet I’m being told today that I can either pay the additional $240 or they will leave. And the consultant who sold me the fridge isn’t answering calls. Awful customer service Best Buy! I’ve been a long time customer and credit card holder for large purchases but I will be canceling my credit card and never shopping at Best Buy again.

my old fridge was 20 years old, so updating the water line was a no brainer. for $25 bucks all new for the next 20 years! fast and easy.

Just want to mention the 3 stars is for the overall experience. The install guys were great, but Best Buy didn't tell us about all the extra things we would need to complete the installation process. Ended up costing 100 dollars more than we were told as we had to make new connections, as our old ones were apparently not up to code.

I explained clearly to the salesman that our outgoing Frig had no water hookup, but when the plumber delivered/installed the waterline, I was informed that the installation I had already paid for was insufficient. An individual shutoff valve was required and I had to pay extra for the valve/installation.

Couldn't do the installation. Great tech and company for the water line installation however, it would be more work needed then they offer. I figured when i purchased the fridge, and the sales man talked me into the waterline installation, that it couldn't be done.

I don't feel the service is worth it if a non-employee is sent to do the installations. For this particular delivery, my refrigerator had the doors installed & delivered, however, the men weren't careful with my other furniture. They bumped my expensive dining table twice, & really hard. I didn't see it, my outdoor camera which I had charging inside captured it. I'm not happy about the carelessness. Not the first time I've had just any 3rd party they call come & either not be careful or not know how to install a product. They've had me return items twice for being defective, which I doubt at this point. Yes, convenient to drop service install in your cart if you pay for the service, but end up costing you more time & frustration. I've cancelled that service altogether.

The delivery took forever to arrive and it was an inconvenience to my work schedule. My fiancé did most of the work with getting the fridge into our home because the delivery guys appeared to exhausted. The delivery guys were friendly and easy to communicate with.

This LG refrigerator is so far a great buy! We love the side by side as we don't have to bend over all the time in our other fridge to get to the freezer. The installation was smooth and easy and they did a great job hooking it up to the waterline.

The delivery service and water lines service were a huge Disappointment. The company That Best Buy hired came and dropped off my refrigerator and would not bring the refrigerator inside because the box will not fit through the door. They would not take the refrigerator out of the box so it would fit, they said it was my problem at that point. I called Best Buy they said the waterline person will bring in the refrigerator and set up the water line. My refrigerator sat outside for two days and my food went bad because I thought I was going to have it inside my house the day I received it. The waterline guy called, and I told him the refrigerator was still outside when he was on his way he said he’s going to cancel the waterline as he is not going to bring the refrigerator inside the house, which Best Buy’s customer service representatives told me they would. I then had to manage bringing in the refrigerator on my own, then when I called Best Buy back to set up the waterline service yet again they told me I would have to wait 30 days to the next appointment. I had to call another plumber to do this job and I will never use the service again.
