Overall the installation went well. The process would be better if the installers were allowed to set up the shelves and discard all the tape that is associated with the shelves

Tommy again saved the day. When the 2 guys delivered the Refrigerator they didn't know anything about the water line being installed. Strange since I signed and paid for it. I told the 2 delivery guys to just install the refrigerator without the water. 10 minutes after they left and Tommy said he was on his way to install the water line and the Dishwasher, Cooktop and Oven all a week early ! Tommy is beyond amazing. In a few hours he had everything done perfectly and installed a new outlet for me also at a fair price !!! He absolutely made my entire day and week !! He needs some serious atta boys for his professionalism and expertise at his job. Top notch Customer Service and beyond !!!!!!

The installers for the refrigerator clearly had a bad day and were taking it out on my boyfriend. I was not happy about that. But the guy that came to do the waterline work was great.

Initially, the waterline was not changed. I was advised that because I had the old one, there was no need. However, this was incorrect. Water would not dispense. They returned to install new waterline.

This fridge is the bane of my existence!!! Not sure if this is a company wide problem but for the last 6 moths this refrigerator is not closing. I have to apply some pressure to freezer as well as fridge to close. It is not even a year old

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience purchasing a refrigerator from Best Buy. There is a lot of miscommunication from sales, the delivery, and customer service representatives that made the experience challenging

The installer didn’t know how to install the waterline and said the refrigerator was defective. I fiddled with it myself afterwards and got it working within 2 minutes.

Average service, did not know if I get it until they showed up. Average approach from every aspect, damaged the stucco on the new wall, to their credit tried to fix it, unsuccessfully. To Best Buy’s credit, we postponed this delivery three times!!

Because of COVID I was unable to have the waterline installed. The delivery guys were really nice. They had to come back a second day to pick up the old refrigerator. I will have to call customer service to see if they will still install the water line.

First off I would have just bought with Sears a trusted retailer in the appliance industry but after talking to a Best Buy salesman and being informed Best Buy themselves also install waterlines I opted to buy my fridge here. Let me also say I got an awesome deal on the actual Fridge hence the only reason I didnt just tell best buy to come pick it up after the installation fiasco. My husband drilled out holes in cabinets to make it easier to run a waterline from sink. Day of delivery/Installation I take the day off work only to find out BestBuy does not deliver or do installs they sublet work to a 3rd party XPO? This company arrives and unwraps fridge, plugs it in, and is walking out door. I ask about waterline install and he says he does not do that but will call corporate to check on when someone else will be out. The tech goes to his truck and drives off. NEVER comes back in. I call Best Buy and wait on hold for 30 minutes. Tech told them I required a 20 foot waterline and he told me only a 10 foot line was provided and he could not do it. That was a complete LIE becuase he never told me anything. Also on my waterline install receipt it said Best Buy installed up to 20 feet of waterline. Best Buy said they would send my info to escalation department and I would get a call back. Days later still no call. I had to keep calling them only to be told they were still waiting for a report. Looong story short. Best Buy said they only sell a 6 foot waterline but since my receipts said they would install up to 20 feet they would come back and do install only if I went and bought a longer waterline. I bought waterline from them for $40 and paid $160 for waterline install. I went to home depot and bought a 12 foot line for $10 and paid someone $20 to do a 3 minute waterline install job. I went into store and requested a refund on the line and install I purchased with them. I asked about some sort of compensation for all my headache and their bad sales. To no avail.

The guys that showed up did a great job! But before that the original scheduled date and time was a no show leaving me to have re schedule and waiting for another week after waiting 3 weeks for my refrigerator.

the description in the installation seemed pretty cut and dry. however, the plumber they sent did not want to do the job. it is still undone and I need to get a plumber to connect the refrigerator now.

Delivery was later than the estimated time. Installation went well. We like the black stainless finish. The size works well with our needs. It is a bit on noisy but not enough to be of concern.

Needed a plumber to install water line and they connected it for me.

The guys didn’t end up installing since what they had wasn’t long enough and they couldn’t go under the house. They did mark those items off the paperwork so I expect I will get a refund. They were polite.

The gentlemen who delivered and set up my refrigerator were fantastic. They were conscientious, courteous, and efficient. Their efforts were definitely appreciated.

I didn't order the water line, apparently. But the installer went to Lowes with me and I bought the line. He then installed it. When he left, there was still some plastic on the handles. Otherwise, a good installation.

For the price you pay to have an installer come in to set everything up, you would expect work to be done. All the hoses where in place so they did not much. They could have at least given me a discount on price since no work needed to be done. Now if they needed to do the set up from scratch, that I can not comment on.
