The entire delivery process, from online ordering/scheduling to completion, was seamless. I was able to schedule a date and time that worked well for me, the delivery team communicated their estimated delivery time and kept me updated until they arrived - on time! They were extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. They even helped remove the dreaded blue tape and in the process noticed a factory defect in one of the interior components. They advised me to contact customer service, and I was able to get a replacement part delivered to me at no cost and within a matter of days.

I think it’s one of the best refrigerators I have ever purchased.

Randall went far above the call-of-duty: He and his helper happily delivered and set up the refrigerator at a remote location (as I had purchased the refrigerator to be installed in my RV). I couldn't have done it myself and was so grateful that I took out my wallet, yet Randall said that wasn't necessary. The location was rural Reddington (long past Settler's Bay) and the dirt, muddy road caused the U-Haul Best Buy was using to get stuck. Randall apologized (and was able to get unstuck minutes later). Randall even gave a positive recommend and told me he had the same refrigerator in his home.

Best refrigerator ever. Original one was not working that they brought out and Best Buy immediately brought out an equal product and has been working well ever since.

The guys delivering the fridge were great and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They did a great job, for the most part. The only reason why i give 4 instead of 5 is because they didnt make sure the doors were properly lined up and didnt say anything to me about it needing to be done. The center piece doesnt line up to be used properly, causing a gap in my fridge that lets out the cold air.

This refrigerator is amazing! The setup was a breeze and all the available apps make it really convenient when you’re doing something in the kitchen and your hands are full. The Alexa integration works very well as well as the integration with my ring alarm system. The top of the fridge is large and spacious, the middle drawer works very well for deli meats, and the freeze is great. I’m really enjoying the two ice makers. I would definitely recommend someone to get this fridge.

I had to return the first refrigerator after 3 years because Best Buy tried to fix the ice maker several times and they were unsuccessful. Also, the water leaks from the door after use (water or ice) so be prepared for that. I leave a paper towel under the tray which helps. I highly recommend you get the extended warranty from Best Buy if you get this model. Best Buy was great — took back the old one and delivered a new one. I have a tight space so only a few models fit but I am hoping the new one lasts a while longer. Everything else about the refrigerator is average.

My experience with the 2nd set of delivery guys was, was excellent. No problem the guys was in and out of my home less than 20 minutes. The removed the old refrigerator brought in the new and hooked up the water lines. Cleaned up and out the door.

I appreciate the roomy refrigerator. The installers Geek Squad were quick and set up was simple. They took the time to explain the features and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. They also explained how long I had if I wanted to exchange or replace product. Thanks guys for handling my refrigerator and TV with care.

The installation of our new refrigerator was so smooth and stress free. The installers were courteous and friendly. The more I do business with Best Buy, because of their products, service and installs, the more I know I made the best decision in choosing Best Buy as a partner.

Great apartment sized refrigerator at a great price. Freezer works very well. Currently using as a backup for my full sized fridge that broke. Holds a good amount of food, but can still tuck away in the corner of the man cave. Would buy again.

Best buys delivery and set up. Service was excellent. The LG refrigerator has a lot of room and so far, we are very pleased with the purchase of this refrigerator.

The delivery team was very professional and quick. They made sure to let me know every step of the way, what they were doing. They made adjustments to make sure the fridge fit and didn’t cause any damage. I am very grateful. Fridge is great, love it better in person.

Never purchased an appliance at Best Buy. Our refrigerator went out and advised to purchase a new one as cheaper then trying to repair my 8 year old LG! To our our supprise Best Buy had yhe make and model we wanted for $600 less then anyone else and the delivery and install was judt $29.00. We will surely will go to Best Buy first nect time.

I've had this for about a month. Functionality is great, love the Water Station. The screen is the only disappointment. For a company like Samsung that makes a screen that is so limited is a shame. I cant download apps to automate the house, I cant drop in with Alexa, the screen at this point is good for one thing, watching Deal or no Deal. I have used it for recipes, I cant see whats in the fridge, only whats on my door shelves, and the AI is very limited, it sees what I am putting in and takimg out, but I feel like there is more potential. Hopefully Samsung updates it to make it more productive. Service wise, Steve Romano from Palm Beach is an appliance guru, and the guys who delivered and installed it were exceptional.

We are very very happy with the salesperson who help making the best choice of the refrigerator.We would like to also appreciate the installation guys the were well before we expected and in no time they did such a good job. It’s very quick and convenient to shop with best buy and of course the prices are unbeatable

We have a reverse osmosis tank and they were able to connect with no problem. It was fast and easy
