The installers were very quick and helpful. They were quick to show me the slight damage from the loading dock workers and immediately called the Best Buy rep to give me detailed instructions. Too bad the loaders weren't more careful, or my experience would've been fine. I thought the installers would've given me some instructions or showed me how exactly to set up the fridge, but they were trying to exit asap. In hind site, the current situation we're all in dictated just how long they wanted to stay, and I didn't blame them for leaving so quickly. In fact, I'm glad the installation went so quickly. Very professional and very patient.

Our refrigerator was not delivered when expected or when it was scheduled. It was very unprofessional because no one even called to let us know they werent coming. It left us in a bind with no refrigerator for 5 days.

Delivery, haul away and install with set up was flawless and was completed in a very professional and timely manner. I had prepared my old fridge for this process and even moved it near my front door to facilitate removal when delivery crew arrived. I was called one hour before arrival and was very pleased with delivery reps communication and asking if they could arrive even sooner to complete the order. They arrived exactly as text indicated and were very quick and efficient. I'm very satisfied with the total install and haul away.

Nothing but praise for the delivery. However, despite trying to communicate with Best Buy about the paint chip on the door - I attached a copy of a picture I took of it and requested help or assistance in resolving. I am afraid of future rusting. To date I have received no response from anyone from best Buy. Q1. Does Best Buy stand behind their product particularly when a customer presents the issue in a picture and requests help or assistance? While I would have recommended this refrigerator had Best Buy bothered to have responded, based on this I cannot. Carefully inspect your refrigerators.

They came in, removed and installed my new refrigerator in less then 20 minutes and it took that long because they have a device that they silde under the fridge and over their necks to lift it up and over cabinets. They also took pics and verified that everything worked.

It originally came installed with two dents on the fridge door, but thanks to Best Buy's replacement policy, it was promptly replaced. I am extremely satisfied with how everything worked out and I am absolutely delighted with my new refrigerator. I thoroughly enjoy using it every day. The fridge smells clean and fresh, and I have noticed that it helps to prolong the freshness of vegetables and fruits. I particularly love the convenience of the two doors and the ice dispenser. There are so many features that I adore about this fridge; it's hard to list them all. Overall, I am truly thrilled with my new refrigerator.

This Kitchenaid refrigerator was a bit pricey but is pretty nice. The guy's that installed it were really on top of their game. They were quick and removed my front door to remove and replace the refrigerator. They were quick and were very careful with the new refrigerator and re installing the front door they also explained to us to expel 3 gallons of water from the dispenser and toss the ice bucket 3X before consuming ice from it. If I need another appliance installed I would hope to get these guy's for the job.

The first LG Refrigerator was installed and tilted badly to the right looking from the front, it was replaced with an equal model, and the second refrigerator still tilts to the right. The two front leveling feet are intended to tilt the refrigerator towards the back so that the doors close automatically when opened 45°, they are not intended to tilt the unit right to left or viceversa. The floor is perfectly level so this a refrigerator manufacturing defect.

I am writing to document a formal complaint against the gentleman who delivered and "installed" my fridge as part of order #1121224858086 on Saturday 10/23/21 at 9:30am PT. I gave this account verbally to a Geek Squad agent and also emailed it to the customer service email address and got a most unhelpful response...they told me that I should go in person to a Geek Squad precinct to rectify the situation. Unbelievable.
I was subjected to absolutely terrible, unprofessional, and rude delivery men who did not compete the jobs that were paid for. I paid extra for installation and gave specific instructions that I needed the doors to be reversed so that the fridge would open on the left. This was confirmed multiple times in advance with Best Buy. One of the delivery man argued with me when I asked the doors to be reversed (to open on the left) and insisted I “prove it” by showing him the receipt. I provided the official Best Buy email receipt several times which showed the installation line item and he dismissed it and said he didn’t see the $175 charge so insisted it was something different. I asked him multiple times to call his dispatch team to clear up the issue and he flat out refused, lying and saying that they “were closed because it’s Saturday.” There’s no way dispatch was closed on a day when people were out making deliveries. The delivery men also shorted out the electricity in my kitchen when they removed the old fridge and didn’t even attempt to help me troubleshoot it. I was trying to string extension cords together to reach the fridge to confirm it would turn on while waiting on hold on the phone to get a rep from Best Buy who would confirm they needed to reverse the doors. The delivery man kept making moves to leave and I said “Wait, please this hasn’t been installed. We don’t even know if the fridge powers on” to which he yelled at me in response “WELL YOU’RE ON THE PHONE!!!” I was waiting on hold via speaker phone for help from Best Buy and he knew that as I had explained it. He bolted and I followed him out to the truck in my slippers and stood in the middle of the street begging them to please finish installing the fridge and reminding them that it wasn’t powering on and the doors hadn’t been reversed as was paid for and supposed to be done with installation. The driver (who told me his name was Alex-which I don’t think was his actual name) lied and said they were going to another customer and would come back to me afterwards then drove away. Needless to say, they did not come back and left me completely bereft and didn’t do the job they were paid to do.
I have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully in my life, and this is an absolutely unacceptable delivery experience. There needs to be serious consequences for these men and Best Buy should not work with this company every again. License plate of the delivery men's truck is included.
I am also shocked by the flippant and unhelpful response from customer service about this. I already called and vocalized my complaint to the Geek Squad on the day of the incident and they told me to also write it out and email it to [email protected]. I have spent enough time and effort on this hugely painful experience (including 20+ minutes recounting and writing out my complaint) only for customer care to now tell me to jump through another hoop. I am not going to physically travel to a location as that’s a huge inconvenience and bizarre ask, and I already called, waited on hold for a long time, and verbally lodged my complaint. My expectation is that this be routed to the appropriate internal people and that action will be taken.

I have no problem with the installation. The installers were very professional. I don’t have any problems as of now the only thing my refrigerator had a dent on it and customer service was supposed to send me a gift card. I’ve been waiting for it for a month.
