It’s a very nice little computer. I’d buy it again without hesitation. It was well packaged and arrived on time. I did the fastest and easiest install of Windows 11 Pro that I’ve ever done. The PC is fast. It’s so fast that it makes Window’s 11 look like a lightweight OS, which it isn’t. On the downside, the computer is not correctly displayed and described. It’s not a skinny tower and it’s not 11.42 inches high. It’s 3.65 inches high and 11.42 inches wide. I say that because the PC’s feet are not shown in the first picture, but if you look at the picture that shows the back of the PC, the tiny feet are visible on the right side of the picture. Yes, I know that putting it on its feet would make the Dell insignia sideways. Dell will have to explain that one. I don’t know. What I do know is that setting it up to be a tower would make very unstable. I don’t think I could even turn it on without knocking it down. My guess is that the refurbisher wasn’t trying to be deceptive. The person who created the ad was probably tricked by the Dell insignia, which is why I’m going to give it a 5 star rating.

Great product so far! I'm using this for work, so it runs fast and efficiently. Even though it's refurbished, it came packaged like it was brand new. Small and compact. It does not have internal WIFI, so I did have to purchase a USB WIFI adapter off amazon, which just plugged in and worked right away.

This a amazing pc it was easy to setup and exceeded all of my needs. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

I like this mini computer b/c u can save so much space on your desk. However, you can't connect your older monitors, printers, u need a special adapter/converters. To use CD u need a CD player/writer.

I bought it refurbished cuz budget wasn’t too good but I am impressed that I found good quality pc it’s work good and I use it for my hotel check in program but I simply like it
