Excellent watch very good condition and excellent Good price and great quality

The watch I purchased was lasted as "NEW", and with no indication that I was purchasing from a third party. I thoroughly read the listing page, including reviewing the "Questions" section. One of the questions asked whether the watch was new or used, and the answer was "NEW". The page title did not say "Refurbished". The purchase confirmation email I received from BestBuy.com included a link which took me back to the original listing page which indicated that this was a brand new watch. I eventually received a shipping notification from "Wireless Source". This shipping notification included a link to a refurbished watch. This was the first indication that I was not receiving the brand new watch I ordered. I waited until the watch arrived (one day before I was about to present it as a gift at a birthday party). Sure enough, I received a refurbished watch that was delivered in a generic cardboard box (not Apple packaging). I immediately contacted the seller. They responded, the next day, asking me to forward screen shots of the page I originally ordered from them and the purchase confirmation email I received from BestBuy. I immediately sent the screen shots, then did not receive a response for several days. Meanwhile, my return window was ticking down. I contacted the seller again. They responded, claiming they had not received the requested screen shots. I sent them a second time, then did not receive a response. On my final return eligibility day, I initiated a return and dropped the watch at the post office. I subsequently received a reply from the seller (Wireless Source), simply saying they were sorry for the inconvenience. I have heard nothing from BestBuy. Six days have now passed since I shipped back the watch, and I have yet to receive a refund. At the time I purchased this watch, it was available from several other vendors at nearly the same price. By the time I received the watch, the prices from all vendors had substantially increased. As a result of all this fraudulent activity, I was embarrassed by having to present a used watch at a birthday party, and will now have to pay substantially more money to replace the NEW watch that I had originally purchased. Beware of this seller (Wireless Source) and beware of what you are buying from BestBuy.com!

Right out of the box, just like new. Wife lost her other one. This was an easy replacement.
