Came with the charging cable and instructions on how to register it to the refurbishing company, it's fast on start up, and setup was simple and easy. Moreover, it comes with an internal and external battery, which allows for over 6 hours of battery life at a go. The display is good as well. However, the speakers on the laptop aren't that loud, but that really isn't too much of a concern. Overall, couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase.

Battery life is good, great with multitasking, loads quickly. It came with the laptop and charger, the casing is sleek and undamaged. The 'A' and the 'R' on the keyboard are faded and it did arrive a day late but aside from that I have no complaints.

It is small and lightweight, which is good because I usually have to work when I travel. It is refurbished which made it a great deal. So far, I'm very happy with it.

First, if you look at it it looks new --no scratches or marks anywhere on it. When I turned it on. It booted up fast. It is setup and I was off and running. Computer opens programs fast. It is a good solid computer.

Learned quickly that it needed a new battery. Contacted refurbisher had no problem receiving new battery within a few days. Fully satisfied with service and like the Lenovo brand.
