The HP Pavilion 570-p017c Desktop Computer is an excellent choice for a general purpose desktop. The quad-core processor is fast and RAM is already expanded...there are more capabilities I have yet to explore. The fact that this computer was refurbished did not impact performance or cosmetics.

This tower has ample storage as well as dedicated video memory. Runs fast and quiet

For my money refurbished is just as good as new. The errors have obviously been corrected.

So on my 3rd try getting a PC, this is what I went with. For the price, I couldn't complain considering the specs. It runs great. Any game I've tried on it runs pretty good, granted it's on lower settings. Like the small design as well. Only downside was I had a heck of a time adding my SSD while keeping the hard drive in as storage. Runs great, no problems thus far. If you're on a budget then get this.

Purchased this computer refurbished. Works as expected and setup was easy

The specs on this computer are great, but it is not customizable the placement of the DVD is in the way. You can't even upgrade the video card.

bought refurbished so price was better than new cost. all in all, a good fast machine with plenty of memory. dvd player leave something to be desired.

This desktop is excellent. Looks like new. No way to tell that it was refurbished except for the paperwork. Set up by the Geek Squad - outstanding performance.

A little upset that I couldn't add FireWire to the computer...most computers you can upgrade yourself if you wanted. Decent specs for a person using this computer for making music...but that's all the computer should be used for.

I am loving this computer. I could not afford one like this at the regular cost and when I saw this HP refurbished 16 GB pop up I ordered it. I've had it for a couple months and I'm really enjoying it. Thanks Best Buy.

So far so good .. was a little hesitant at first (HP of old was notorious for motherboard issues). But with the specs of the unit combined with the price, I decided to give it a go. 2 years later, still going strong with no issues

I love this pc, I use it for everything and the the processor is good enough to play some games

I bought it refurbished and it was, a couple hundred dollars cheaper and it works great.

I use this PC for internet browsing, document creation and casual gaming at home. No issue with it being refurbished. I'd also recommend purchasing and installing a SSD (Samsung - 960 EVO), then doing a clean install of Win 10 onto that drive. It's an easy modification that allows for a very fast boot time, and lets you use the installed 1 TB hard disk as a recovery drive or just extra storage.
