They do not give you the dependence to switch to any other company so you’re buying the product to be with them and they charge you for every transaction. If The product was free and you can use it with them It will be good but buying it and you will be stuck with them so if you don’t like their system you cannot switch you’ll have to throw their machine away and lose the money that you bought the machine with.

ITS BEAUTIFUL and easy to use. Wish I could keep it but my business is going down due to COVID, so had to return it.

I returned it , got another one and the same thing is happening. Very slow when putting in the password - then suddenly they all turn up. No one at Square was able to help.

Will have to return it, which is frustrating as we needed it for Easter sales weekend.

For now, the customer display is meant to only be a credit card reader and is intended to be directly connected to the Square Register for payments.
