Customers are pleased with the T/9X's sound quality, describing it as excellent and providing a movie theater-like experience with deep sound. The bass is also well-received, with users finding it super responsive and tight. Some customers find the power of the T/9X to be a little too much for their needs.

The product is amazing. Best Buy delivery was quick and package was well wrapped. Was an open box item but was in pristine condition, just as advertised!

I purchased the Best Buy Geek Squad with my hime theater purchase. They set it up for me "professionally installed".. within a week the sub blew the seal around the speaker. It seperated completely and just sounded like horrible loud rattles.. I called and it took a coupke of weeks to get them to replace it. Once again "professionally installed " and it lasted 2 days.. so again I called and had it replaced for the exact same problem. They told me it must be a bad system and replaced the head to the system which is a top of the line Marantz system... as well as the subwoofer, and once again "professionally installed it" and now once again, two movies later its rattling and chattering and sounds terrible.. if I could give it zero stars I would.. its now been numerous REL subs and the exact same problem with all of them. The speaker comes apart from the foam seal and chatters terribly.. cant even use my theater that cost me over $14,000 to build. What a worthless pile of trash the REL sub is. I spent 1500.00 for it and its absolutely WORTHLESS

After over a month it’s still not working, supposedly waiting for a part. My emails are not answered, not very happy with the customer service after spending $$$ with Best Buy. Cannot recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I’m returning my second sub in less than a few months. The cones weren’t sealed. I’d turn them on and hear a rattle.

This Sub woofer is everything I was hoping for. It amplifies the low frequencies while disappearing. Other Subs I have tried and too over powering and ruin the audio.

I purchased the Rel t9 subwoofer it only lasted three years, they did not fix it for me or get it replaced. Even with extended warranty. It was sent to Rel acoustics and they said it was the amplifier that failed. They did nothing to fix it or replace it.
