Love it after 4 hr trail ride on my lively horse.

Cable to ottoman and ottoman itself are tremendous tripping hazard. Instead, please consider the usual retractable footrest. Not familiar with the fabric on these (I bought two) but hope it holds up well with frequent use.

Comfy but low

The chair is so low to the ground, it's hard for anyone to get up and out of. I would have returned it, but it was past the return date and no acceptation was going to be made.

Looks good, will hurt you

I have hurt my sciatic nerve sitting in the chair too long. I had purchased it as a chair to sit in, and didn’t care about the massaging or heating functions, so I’m very disappointed. The chair looks good, and does a good job massaging.

Think before ordering

It worked ok but i found it for cheaper and bestbuy wouldn’t give it for the cheaper price even though I ordered it the same day. They said since it was shipped then nothing they can do.
