Comfy but low
||Posted .Bought this for my husband who became semi disabled. The chair is so low to the ground, it's hard for anyone to get up and out of. I would have returned it, but it was past the return date and no acceptation was going to be made.

Looks good, will hurt you
||Posted .The massaging points are barely cushioned, and will press on all those pressure points even when you don’t want them to. I have hurt my sciatic nerve sitting in the chair too long. I had purchased it as a chair to sit in, and didn’t care about the massaging or heating functions, so I’m very disappointed. The chair looks good, and does a good job massaging.

Think before ordering
||Posted .Owned for 6 months when reviewed.Chair was ok. It worked ok but i found it for cheaper and bestbuy wouldn’t give it for the cheaper price even though I ordered it the same day. They said since it was shipped then nothing they can do.
