They provided horrible service, and the worst part the store manager did not want to do anything about the situation, they left me without a car for two days and they could not fix my vehicle HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Very poor. Took 7 weeks and was tossed from store to store. Finally the installation was not done and I did not get my full refund. Still fighting for the rest of the money

Installer was knowledgeable and helpful but others were absolutely terrible. Would not recommend store and customer service to anyone.

Getting remote start installed in a vehicle should be exciting, especially during the cold winter months. I’m disheartened to hear that the process isn’t going as smoothly as we would like and apologize for any inconvenience you’ve faced. I would advise to continue working with the installers and leadership team at your local Best Buy were service was first completed as they should be best equipped to assist with any issues that arise with installation.
