    Geek Squad got me a new iPad!!

    The geek squad agent ordered me a new iPad because mine was broke and unrepairable. The only complaint I have is they left me hanging with reloading all of my information from my old iPad to my new iPad and to this day I am still needing help with getting all of my stuff transferred over to my new iPad.

    The people were absolutely patient! It was our first time fixing a screen and we had no idea how to get on iCloud through another device BUT they helped with every step. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding and most importantly your services:)

    Carley got the process started to replace my iPad. She was thorough and friendly and professional. iPad was replaced relatively quickly. Josh handled the process of providing the new iPad to me and helping me get a screen protector. They were both very professional and thorough. They both made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

    The screen on my daughters iPad was shattered by her brother. She needed a repair which apple doesn’t offer however they do offer a discounted replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and the service was smooth and quick. The Best Buy geek squad is very helpful and friendly. They really do a great job of making you feel like a VIP.

    Tried to track my repair on the Best Buy app. Geek Squad only updated it when it was checked in never again. Tried calling Geek Squad to get an update and they were ZERO help. Had to call Apple directly in which was given little information because I was told Geek Squad should be relaying that information to me. The repair took longer than I was quoted and then had to wait a long time just to pick it up. NOT ACCEPTABLE

    Individual that helped us was knowledgeable, personable and explained options thoroughly. While we ended up needing to purchase a new iPad, I appreciated the care taken to ensure whether a repair would be the solution.

    The young man that helped me with my ipad was very kind and informative. No pressure selling or anything of that nature. I will and have used their service again in the future.

    Geek squad reordered a new ipad

    The agent took time to help me re order a new iPad as the one I brought was broken and did not have insurance on it as it was outdated. It was promised to me within 3 weeks and it was back in one week

    GREAT HELP ON LINE WHENEVER I CALL IN. ALSO WHEN I DO NEED A HOME VISIT THEY HIT THEIR ARRIVAL TIME ESTIMATE AND THE REPS WHO COME OUT ARE VERY COMPETENT.
