I lost my Fitbit flex charger and my battery was dead, so I needed a new charger quickly. I toiled with buying an aftermarket one from Amazon, but decided that the Fitbit brand was best and Best Buy would get it to me quickly at a good price. The brand product was definitely the best choice as I know people that have had trouble with aftermarket chargers that don't work properly and devices end up not holding a charge for long. Glad that I made this choice from Best Buy.

I was on a 2-week business trip when I realized that I'd left my FitBit charger at home. I ordered this one to be delivered to the store closest to me. It works just like the one one that came with my FitBit. The price was very reasonable. Now I have one charger at home and carry this charger with my other travel gear.

Original charger started being intermittent. This replacement worked first time every time. Got an extra to allow me to take one with me no matter where I go. Also original cable did not always work with every charger. The new cable does not seem to have this issue.

I scoured the internet for a replacement Fitbit Flex charging cable and was not so thrilled with fluctuating prices or possible shipping charges/delays. Ordering from the manufacturer would have been a bit more than I wanted to spend and take a while longer than I would have liked. I asked some classmates if they were aware of any brick and mortar store that carry the Flex usb charger and was told that Best Buy would have them. Much to my delight, my local store had an upfront display of chargers for popular activity trackers and I saw just what I needed! This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone with a Flex. This charger's cord is a good deal longer than the original so that's an added bonus.

I needed a replacement cord and this one works great! No reset button, but I don't really need one. Thankfully, all I needed was to charge my fitbit while away from home and this worked like a charm.

This charger works well to charge my family's Fitbit Flex devices, but it is missing the reset pinhole, so it's not a true replacement for the official charger, which I thought I was buying. A little disappointing.

I bought two of these chargers in different bright colors. They are much easier to see than black cables. This charger is cheaper than the name brands and works just as well.

What can I say? It's a FitBit Charger. It works exactly how it's supposed to. The blue color makes it easier to see in the mix of chargers and cables.

As far as charging goes this product is great, however it does not have the tiny pin hole located on the backside that's required to reset the Fitbit device.

Love the aqua fitbit charger. Works perfectly and the color stands out amongst the other electronic cords that I have.

My wife's sister was having trouble with her fitbit holding and charge and holding. She gave it to my wife and we bought this charger. It has worked like a champ delivering a strong charge and now my wife is off and recording steps. Product works as designed and is rugged to last all of the plugging and unplugging while charging the fitbit.

At first I was unsure whether I should purchase this charger for my fitbit. It is cheaper than the brand name, but what if the performance too is lower than the brand name? Nope! It works wonderful just like the brand name! Never regret this purchase! Let's just hope it lasts!

Unfortunately my factory charge cord has bitten the dust long ago. I bought a noname brand online to replace it and it failed also. This piece feels sturdier than the no name so hopefully it is my permanent solution. Has worked flawlessly since purchase.

My cats ate my original Fitbit Flex charger and I bought a generic one for half the price. It never charged correctly. I broke down and bought the real deal and BAM all is right in the world again. Sometimes, it doesn't pay to try and save.

My original Fitbit charging cable no longer worked after one year. I needed a new one and was told I needed to order one through Fitbit. However, Best Buy had this one and it works better than the one that came with my Fitbit.

Needed to buy this charging cable because I lost mine somehow. Great price, but the Flex doesn't seem to fit as snugly into the charger as it did with the original Flex charger. That being said, it does the job and I have been pleased with it.

Was getting tired of finding that my fitbit battery had died when I was away from home so I wanted a spare charger - this is it. Does its job (although ideally fitbit's battery would last much, much longer)

My boyfriend misplaced his charger and was glad to find out there was an additional way to charge his fitbit other than to buy a whole new fitbit. It works great and he's able to still track his steps!
