Seems to be a good quality water filter. Perhaps a water test would be good to make sure it is working as it should. Water tastes good otherwise. Installation is easy.

I never tested the water to verify that it was being filtered, but installing this filter allowed me to operate under the illusion that it was being filtered.

The Samsung product is superior in quality. The water taste is fresh and amazing. I would recommend this filter to anyone owning a Samsung refrigerator. The filter is easy to remove and easier to install, it is awesome

We have been using these filters from the time we bought our refrigerator. They are easy to install and remove. It takes a little strength to turn the filter. Turn them slowly. Make sure you put a towel under the old one before you remove it as there will be a small amount of water dripping as it unseals. When you install the new one, make sure you turn it far enough so it seals. You will hear a sound when that happens. It's a bit of an effort to run enough water through the filter after installing before you use it, but it's important . Also search online for this type of filter. You can find cheaper prices.

This filter is the perfect fit for my Samsung 'fridge....and it lasts a good 6-7 months....a little more pricey than other non-Samsung filters, but worth it....I highly recommend.

This filter works great on the water here in Texas. It removes the hard minerals that discolor the water and stains cups and plates. Installation takes only seconds in my Samsung refrigerator.

This filter makes the water and ice in my Samsung refrigerator taste as good as any bottled water I have ever tasted. It is also very quick and easy to change it for a replacement filter.

The filter was very easy to install and presume it worked immediately. and we purchased a "spare" for future use. Good purchase as it should be with Samsung products.

The filter works well, but can be a challenge to install. It takes a lot of force to get the filter properly installed. I have to remove the lower shelves to get enough space for someone to apply enough pressure to turn and push the filter into place. Once in, it works great.

Heck if I can claim to be an expert on water filters for refrigerators. When it was time to replace my old filter, I searched for option. Samsung put out its own replacement, and I found a more generic brand for a lot cheaper. I have never tested the content of the water coming out of the fridge using different water filters. Nor have I compared the taste of the water using different water filters. (I have well water.) So, the question became would I pay more for a water filter designed by Samsung or pay less for a water filter made by someone else. I felt more comfortable buying one from Samsung. I've been happy with it so far.

The filter is suppose to last at least six months. Our replacement comes in about five months or less. For the replacement price i feel it should last longer. Good quality. does good job filter the water

Easy to use and install last a good amount of time and the definitely makes a big difference in the water and ice great that the refrigerator tells you when it needs to be replaced

The filter seems to do the job it's intended. It was easy to install once we've got the old one out. Will repeat the process in six months.The customer service was excellent and we acquired it.

Works as advertised. Easily swapped out with old. *Tip - set a small bowl under to catch runoff water while swapping out.

This filter changes easily to keep filtered water through the ice maker and water through the door of our Samsung refrigerator.

This water filter is the only one that fits my Samsung French Door Frdige. That's probably why it's a bit pricey but, hey, it's easy to install, and you only need one about every 6 months.
