I knew when I got it there would be some singing, (hence opera) but I didn't think they were going to sing through the whole movie. Just like Sweeney Todd, this was a perfectly good movie ruined by singing. I have several friends who saw this and said they too didn't understand the singing. If you like silly Disney movies, then I guess you'll like it. Nevermind the R rating, this is a kids movie!

They went out and got the worst singers from the worst bands they could find for this movie! These must be singers from bands that cannot sell any records and they are trying to make a break into showbiz. My friend bought this movie and thought it was going to be a decent flick until we started watching it and it never got any better but worse! What a waste of money! Terrible acting and singing! My friends 12 year old daughter can sing better than any of these so called singers!
