This is far better than the original. Capcom does an amazing job with these remakes. Great story, gameplay, and well worth every penny.

Fans of the original and newcomers alike will find lots to love about this fantastic reimagining of the 2004 classic. It continues Capcom's absolutely trailblazing series of Resident Evil remakes; gorgeous to look at, an absolute blast to play, RE4r really is a masterful work. I've put maybe 45 hours into it, not counting The Mercenaries add-on, and the game just never gets old. A must-have for fans of the series, and for those just looking to play an excellently-crafted action-horror game, look no further.

As a fan of the original 2005 Resident Evil 4. I was expecting just a normal remake. With just some updated graphics and new controls for the modern day user. I was surprised with what I have experienced and wasn’t disappointed. Not just with the updated graphics and controls but so much more. Everything I remember from the original didn’t have me ready for this adventure. So many new surprises kept me on my toes. Making it feel like a brand new game in a good way. High recommended 10/10. You will not be disappointed.

I just played Resident Evil 4 on PS5 and it was really fun. The graphics look amazing and the controls feel smooth. The game is scary but also exciting, with lots of action and surprises. Even if you don’t know the old version, this one feels modern and easy to enjoy. It’s a great mix of shooting, exploring, and suspense.

Resident Evil 4 remake is as enjoyable as any game. The classis game was made even better. The controls are smooth and not clunky. The game is challenging, and fun, and I enjoyed shooting the zombies. Is highly recommend.

Resident evil 4 for PS4 is awesome!! Great graphics and scary good gameplay.

I have played, beaten and platinumed almost every single Resident Evil game from PS1 to PS5. 4 has always held a special place in my heart along with 2 and like REmake 2 REmake 4 has captured the feelings I had when I first played the original. I adored this game and understood why certain changes were made. This game is the best playing RE game I've played yet and definitely the best looking. If a 5 remake or Code Veronica remake are half this good, it'll still be a dime!

Resident Evil 4 remake on the PS5 is fantastic! It's every bit as amazing as I remember it when I played it on the Nintendo GameCube.

An awesome remake. The gameplay and graphics are top-notch. I like the different difficulty settings. It took me about 25 hours to complete the game, but with so many gun/weapon options, I can see myself replaying, especially at a higher difficulty, and because it was so fun. There's also an extra "Mercenaries" mode which is pretty fun. Highly recommended. This is on-par with the Resident Evil 2 remake, if not better. No performance issues on PS5. Easily Worth the $60

I may be presumptuous in sating this since its so early in the year but I'm gonna go ahead and call it Game of The Year. Resident Evil 4 Remake is exactly what it is, a remake of the beloved game. It looks amazing and plays smoothly. There are numerous changes made to the story and combat that make it a new game so new players will be engaged, but enough of the original lifeblood is still there that fans will love it. Overall I'm gonna have to absolutely reccomend this game.

Spectacular video game that modernizes the originals gameplay to perfection. Resident evil 4 original was my first resident evil game, it has its quirkiness and is overall beloved by the fans. It took a while to get used to them but the controls are balanced to the game. This remake is the perfect evolution of what that game was like for me. Some areas are changed for the better and is extremely fun to play. All the residents truly are evil (4).

Never played the original but I played and beat this one over the summer and I now understand why this game is such a staple in gaming. It increased my love for Resident Evil more than it already has.

Gameplay is so good. I was blown away by the graphics and storyline.

Great game. Lots of fun if you enjoy action 3rd person over the shoulder gameplay with some light puzzle solving.
