been putting off getting resident evil because I'm kinda tired of zombies and action movies in general. it was under $20, and with nothing else available in 3d, i decided to give it a shot. wow! it is as good as nation z or 28 days. the chick is crazy cool.

Outside of missing the 3D disc, which seems a tad essential in viewing this; Sony though surprises with a transfer that is startling. Colors, black levels, detail look tactile and the new Dolby Atmos mix is a beast - excellent!

The 3D is immersive and enjoyable. There are times when items appear as though they are in your face. The storyline gets a little far fetched. But hey, it's Resident Evil and you're supposed to let your sense of reality go.

Any fan of Resident Evil will probably say that this franchise doesn't truly live up to the standards set by the games, but still, overall a good movie. Good to see someone's imaginations come to life (at least on film).

I am a fan of the resident evil series/games. I thought the color in hdr really was awesome. Although it may have seemed drab that is the way it was meant to be. The hdr did a great job with the contrast to make it look much gritter and that was how it was intented.

Great way to kill an hour and a half. 3d is pretty good and the movie is pretty entertaining, if you like the other installments in this series, you will like this one.

Bought this movie as a 4K Ultra upgrade to my Blu-Ray disc. It translates well on the screen, especially the shower fight scene with the Axeman and the fight scenes on the ship with the zombie dogs. One of the better movies in the Resident Evil series.

When you're a franchise fan there isn't any reason not to get this one on the cheap when it includes the digital copy. The album artwork isn't great, but when you stuff the case in a drawer, who cares!

This movie is better than the last one. If you have been following the movies, you would enjoy this one. There is a cliffhanger at the end to set up for the next movie. Action is great as usual. And... Alice!

This is kind of a hit or miss. You will either like it or not. I know that is easy to say for a lot of things but this really one of those times. I did enjoy it even though I feel it keeps getting further from the core of resident evil.

Another great movie in a long-running series... I have all the releases in this series and had to get this one that was missing from the collection... Now waiting on the Final chapter to be release to complete my collection...

Love seeing all the clones in the beginning and not knowing who was the real Alice, that was cool, series improves more with CGI, this is one my favorite movie franchises

I saw this one on the bargain rack, and figured it was worth a flyer. Not the best movie ever made, but certainly not the worst. If you can get it for $5 or less, treat yourself!

These are cool little action flicks, but these pop art edition steelbook are top notch! Only recommendation is maybe next time adding in a little spot gloss. Would bring more life to these already colorful steelbooks.

This is a good action movie with good sound and some good 3D effects. I only wish the 3D effects were used more . only a few scenes had good off the screen 3D effects .

Being a Resident Evil fan, I jumped at this bluray for $5.99. If you are not familiar with the series, it is scifi with lots of fighting and a female hero.

I really do feel this is the best of the live action Resident Evil Movies.

I give this transfer a 4K seal of approval! Mila looks stunningly gorgeous in 4k! The black levels are amazing and the sharpness, you can tell theres difference between the bluray. Highly recommended! A1

Already owned the entire franchise on standard bluray once I saw they were getting limited edition steelbooks. I had to own them! Cover art is great!

The best movie in a video game. The story is very good, with an atmosphere that keeps you in suspense, the special effects, sound and atmosphere are good, without leaving behind the characters.
