Story is great gameplay is great combat system is clunky but good.

Resident evil 8 is a mix between resident evil 4 gameplay with resident evil 7 first person view and horror. I would say if you are fan of this series you will find a love for this game. Graphics are amazing, they have a lot of resident evil lore. If you have not played resident evil 7 I recommend playing it before this one. You will not be disappointed

I loved Resident Evil Village . It definitely invokes memories past , of being a kid and playing RE4 on the GameCube. A great overall title . I also have to say on Best Buy’s part my package came quickly on release date. I will definitely continue to order from Best Buy . Also a free promotional steelbook definitely made the purchase worth it for me.

This game is a continuation of the Ethan Winters story. I love the puzzles that really make it feel like a classic Resident Evil Game. This game has more action than 7 and to me has the perfect balance. The graphics and level designs are really great. There is a changeable difficulty level that you can set to play the game at your skill level.

I love this game. The atmosphere, story, etc.. are wonderful.

Resident Evil Village is a great game and a nice follow up to Resident Evil 7. You will once again step into the shoes of Ethan Winters and you navigate a strange village with even stranger denizens. There is nothing really groundbreaking here aside from a graphic overall and super fast loading times thanks to the hardware of the PS5. It plays a lot like RE7 did and what kept me from giving it a full 5 stars is the fact some of the clunky movement that was in RE7 returns here in this installment, so Capcom didn't really fix that. Plus I never much liked these RE games in first person view to begin with. That doesn't stop me from playing it and it should NOT stop you from playing it as well.

Great game! Fun gameplay, good mix of survival horror, exploration, puzzles and combat. Very nice graphics and environments along with some good enemies and boss battles. I think personally they could gave dialed back the combat in favor of even more survival horror, but still really fun. A lot of RE1, RE 4 and RE 7 inspiration here as well.

One of the better of the resident evil series. This is the first person equivalent to the transition from resident evil 3 to resident evil 4. You will find plenty of horror and a lot more action.

From what I’ve experienced so far, this game is Resident Evil 4 all over again. Essentially taking the hook-man idea that was supposed to be in RE4, but giving us Lycans and Vampires instead. It’s a great time and I’m eager to see where the story goes! If you are a fan of RE7 or even the Remake of 1 and 2 definitely pick this game up!

Awesome Game!! Definitely Not A Disappointment!!! I buy a lot of video games and I get a decent amount of them from Best Buy.. A lot of times when Best Buy releases new PlayStation 4&5 games they come with free steel books and I like collecting them so that’s always a plus and a good reason for me to get the games from Best Buy

I played through this game 4 times and still makes me jump. Gameplay is around 6-10 hours, although its kind of short what RES game isnt except for RES4. Beautiful graphics on PS5 and haptics control feedback is on point. Right trigger simulates real life gun trigger which is a cool feature.

Great game with replay value. Working on completing all of the challenges and unlocking everything makes this game earn its keep. The deluxe edition is not worth it to me. The added difficulty from the start and the unlocked gun have very little use. The other stuff is ok, but not worth an extra 10 dollars.

I really like the steelbook of the game. The game was fantastic. I live playing it over and over again speed running it, collecting all the collectibles, and just having fun blasting monsters. This is definitely a game I will never forget.

Excellent game, the ending left me with mix feelings. I can decide how i feel about it, but the gane was phenomenal. I loved the variety of enemies and the houses waa a cool concept. The castle is easily one of the most enjoyable things in resident evil history. I will replay this again and again.

I've been enjoying the game a lot. It looks fantastic on PS5 and sounds amazing as well. The gameplay is challenging but fair until you crank up the difficulty. Then its kind of a mad dash to save points or key items. Still it's crazy fun and satisfying to beat those hard or challenge modes.

Wow, where to begin. Resident Evil in general is amazing. But this game will bring new players to the title. Is not as scary as I thought, but there is a lot of jumps scares. 5 out of 5 because the graphics and quality where there. You want to know more? Buy the game is totally worth it.
