I bought the iPad Pro 11" M4 about a year ago. From the start, I was impressed: it’s incredibly thin and light. The first year of use was excellent, and paired with the Apple Pencil Pro, it really was what I was expecting. Unfortunately, this week the device turned off and hasn’t powered back on since. After such a strong experience for a year, this was disappointing and unexpected, given the price and Apple’s reputation for reliability. While I loved the performance and design, I can’t ignore that the device failed after only a year. That definitely affects my overall impression.

I purchased the projector and while it works well I didn’t like the resolution so I returned the next day. I didn’t know that I would have to pay for restocking fee. :-( Amazon doesn’t have such restocking fee when return. This is a big differentiating factor. There should be restocking fee for those customers who constantly purchased and returned not to regular customer.

This is a nightmare. At the store they could only give me a store gift card as refund telling me to contact the customer service. The customer service, after 5 calls and 6 chats told me that the only way to get refunded to my original payment method is to go to the store. As today, I still could not get my money back.

Great phone and love the fold and the big screen aspect. This version was just not enough memory for me and I needed to upgrade to more memory. Otherwise I love it.

Band did not fit, I tried to exchange, they charged a restock and wouldn’t honor original price of watch for the same one with a bigger band, tried to charge me $200 more. Service in store was terrible, I returned and went to Apple Store to buy.

This phone is honestly everything I could want out of an Android phone, but I still do not think the price is justified for my personal usage. Aside from that, the phone is overall excellent, and feels like a premium device.

I’ve been an iPhone user for years and decided to try a low end android before I spent $1000 on one and boy am I glad I did. The restocking option is a joke when they sell crap like this. Awful phone don’t get it. Didn’t even have 5G

Returned the first one, as the camera was malfunctioning. But the second one has been perfect! Love that it still has pen functionality. Unfortunate that the models after this lost a lot of that functionality.

picking up a phone from Best Buy is the easiest thing that I have ever done in my life and it’s so convenient for me. So Thanks for making life easy

I ordered online and damaged pies coming from Best Buy, So that is not my Fault. If the item is comes Faulty. When I went to Best Buy for return they charge 15% Restocking Fees which is $240.00. Also they are saying contact to @Canon, I asked them why I am contact to Canon if I bought an item from Best Buy. Bogus customer service ever received from Best Buy.!!

2nd iwatch. First one lasted almost 6 years, and the only reason i bought a new is it fell and shattered the screen completely. Both purchased from best buy.
