It's easy to pick and use the correct adapter and having the wind up feature on the cord is very nice to keep things clutter free. BUT, only after just less than one month's use, the cord no longer is charging my laptop.

love the charger its easy to use and it retracts, easy to hide and use with multiple devises, and it doesn't get hot like most chargers around there!

Bought in a whim while at the checkout. Actually well made, with a strong selection of adapters. Well made, retractors and cord. Bent my connector after two weeks, my bad, not the device. Noticed I wasn't charging and thought great, it broke already. No, just bent the pin inside being careless. Straightened inner pun with a paper clip and it works. HP and some other computer companies surprise me on the lack of durability of connector designs. Let's put a tiny pin inside and see if you cannot bend it! Yeah!!!! New charger needed!!!! This one performs well and I would buy again. Huge selection of computer options, perfect for the IT guy who always gets the question. I left my charger at home, do you have an extra?!!! Yea, in my back pocket!!!!!

Has all the attachments for many devices. i like the self winding line for easy storage and to travel with it. No problems with this plug in - works just fine

Just what I needed. Works perfectly and good price.

The replacement universal charger was able to charge up the electronic device, however, this charger takes longer to charge than the original charger and the base get a little warmer than expected.

I was stuck 200 miles from my charger, and about to fly out to the other side of the country the next morning. I did not know such a device was made, but I found it at Best Bay, and it worked perfectly, and was smaller and more convenient than the original, and comes with a nice carrying case as well.

I like the retractable part of it but all the extra female ends seem a bit over kill. Doesn't charge all the time!

It is a well made product that has almost all kind of charger adapters. However it didnt work for my HP zbook 15 and Toshiba Satelite 2 in 1. for zbook it didnt deliver enough power and annoying warning sign kept coming. For Toshiba it didnt had the right pin. However it is a very well made product.
