Adapter is far too glitchy for this to be worth it

It became more work to use it, and we ended up using the cord. The screen would freeze and the map would also freeze mid route. Also, it didn't work great for a vehicle with two different drivers. I had to unplug it to override it when I drove my wife's car. It was a bit expensive for something that is not reliable.

It disconnects constantly and will not connect at other times. I asked for support and they initially said to send a video of it. What? A video of it not connecting? I asked for a software update and it’s not available. Only had the product for 8 months. Now it doesn’t work at all.

This one is the best, by far. It is the only one that never had issues. It may have less features and cost more than some of the others I have tried, but I’ll take a consistently working device that never overheats, crashes, etc over one with more features that constantly has issues.

Biggest issue was the delay with music controls (pausing and playing had a 3 second delay). It would not allow me to charge my phone while connected. Also had troubles connecting every once in a while.

Posted .HI! I am very sorry you are having that issue. The device works best when the vehicle's Bluetooth has been forgotten from your phone and only the CPW is connected. That way the Bluetooth does not interfere.

Phone connects within 5-10 seconds after starting car. Afterwards it works as advertised, eliminating the need for me to plug in my phone all the time to get carplay to work. Form factor is small and privided usb cables are short so i can plugin and tuck it away without a bunch of extra cord.
