Overall the movie was good and was like getting another two hours of the past movie. Acting is fair to poor and plot is slow but thats not what you are watching this for, its the good action.

Not a bad movie. The plot is alot like the first one as far as at night the monsters come out and its all they can do to stay alive. I thought the cheesy looking motorbike effects pretty much ruined it. Worth purchasing if you already own the first two too complete the set. If not, I would not.

This was an enjoyable movie from the start. Riddick fans will be pleased but others who don't know about the character may feel lost or think story is full of holes. Watch it for what it is.

Riddick is back this movie takes the character to its Pitch Black roots and it mostly succeeds there's some pacing issues midway through the movie but overall I can't wait for the next one.

Basically same plot as Pitch Black,eye candy movie with few surprises. Kind of ruins a sequel to the Chronicles of Riddick. After saying that it is a fun movie to watch if you like sci fi.

I always thought your prices for DVD's would be higher than the local "Cheap" stores but you had the lowest price in comparison to these stores and this was a fairly new release, not an older movie I will be checking out your flyers more carefully in the future for more fantastic buys.

Whats next part 8, conclude already. But great action snd effects, the plot seemed like an after thought, almost as if he had to do the movie because of contractual vsgreements though.

Riddick is stranded on a really hostile planet and runs in to two parties with different agendas. He has to somehow deal with both and figure a way to escape the planet. Entertaining.

There is good action and fans of the original Pitch Black will appreciate the return if Riddick. Some nice dialogue interspersed with comedic moments Reasonably well done action flick

Was great seeing it in theaters, even better seeing it at home. Great action movie, fun to watch, and some nice gratuitous nudity. Felt like I was watching the first one the way the movie was shot and with the dialogue. Much more raw and unrefined unlike the later ones.

While the story wasn't as good as Pitch Black, it was good to see it back to being a dark, dirty, gritty film. Vin doesn't disappoint. Can't wait to see how the final films will end.

One of the best scenes in the movie is when Riddick and two other are driving motorcycle like vechicles through the wasteland and they jump a chasm that is filled with the creatures.

The continued path or riddick's journey to reach his place in the universe, this saga of life or death struggles are epic, a increadiable tale. powerful story worth the weight... stunning cinematography for the future times.... a must see for anyone who loves si-fi ... five stars...

Riddick is a return to the original first movies format, where darkness is where the monsters are and the action awaits. Overall the movie has a nice plot that keeps moving and stays interesting throughout. Good science fiction, and fun to watch. No unnecessary thinking is required.

if you're a fan of the other two(3) movies, this one's a no-brainer!! less action than the first, less drawn-out storyline than the second, but a nice assembly of characters!

It's a good movie for someone who likes the CG graphics and the original Riddick movies. This one just seems over the top to me. Worth a watch and the special features are great.

This movie continues after the last one, with Riddick going his separate way from the Necromongers. Double crossed & stranded on a remote planet, Riddick takes time to heal and look at the good points and hazards of his current home. And of course the bounty hunters show up ...

I love all the Riddick movies. The only issue I had with this one was that it was VERY similar to the original (Pitch Black). But other than that, still an awesome action flick.

Although The Chronicles of Riddick was bad, this really goes back to what made me love of this franchise. Really should of been the sequel to Pitch Black.

This is more like the Pitch Black movie with the added murk chase from the second. Ties events from the first movie. Still enjoyed it and a must see if you are a Riddick Fan.
