Terrible headset. One side of headphones stopped working. People could hear themselves they your own mic so you'll need to lower it almost to zero. Only good thing about this product is the free atmos dolby subscription.

Sound is terrible and so is the build and sound quality. I would spend your money on another headset. It really is not good.

The RIG 500 PRO EX is surprising lightweight, robust and very comfortable headset. With excellent audio quality, great for blocking noise distractions too and the volume controller is very convenient. Overall the RIG 500 Pro is a great headset that delivers amazing audio experience.

Don't waste your money on this. The plantronics only work if you spend for the high end one. Installed the Dolby app on my Xbox, app says ready to use and I have no sound regardless of what position the volume knob is in. Instruction manual is minimal at best. Zero customer support outside of an email option. I will be returning for a different brand that functions properly.
