I have both the wireless and wired ones. The only issue is that sometimes the mic piece will stop working but, I bought the 900s and I have had it for a couple of months and the mic is still good

Most of the weight is taken off the top of my head, so I'm able to wear them longer than I would have normally. (I didn't give it 5 stars because the mic part got loose at the joint ans doesn't stay up unless I push it up into the headset after using it for a little while now.)

Only thing is that if wearing for too long your ears start to hurt but it’s expected. It’s really great on sound, and I really can’t hear other people around me as well.

Don't waste your money.. the Dolby sound is ok.. But these are probably the worst pair i bought.. Ever!!

So mic mute issues and audio on one side only would likely be warranty replacement-eligible issues.
