Simple, big button are easy to use

The Home/Away icons get mixed up at first till you learn their locations. This new pad has a sticker that lists what they are, my old pad from 14 months ago did not have this, so it seems I'm not the only one. It has a speaker that advised when the modes change and sounds off with the loud alarm on the main box. I charged the battery on my first pad and it lasted just over a year. I bought this to keep in my bedroom for convenience.

Quite happy

The keypad holds a charge for quite a long time so there’s no need to mount it near an outlet...you can just recharge as needed.

Works perfectly as does all of the other ring products I own

Great security with reasonable annual fee

The value is much better with the ring and it has many of the same features I had with the xfinity security.

Very hard to put your code in while it’s dark. You have to remember where the buttons are to do it successfully. It would be nice if it was a LCD screen with the time and the weather on it.
