Great alternative to doorbell

Came across this peephole doorbell and problem solved! Works great and battery lasts for quite awhile before needing to be charged. We always have a spare battery charged and ready to go.

Peep hole Ring

We live in the "country" and found that we have to leave the window down in the screen door for it to pick up better. But this is a minor issue that we can live with! We have even picked up one of our cats walking across the sidewalk!! The rechargeable battery pack is also great and the batter lasts a long time!

Ring Peephole with Chime

Included was a free Amazon echo. I gave it a 4 star because sometimes I am occasionally unable to view live feed via the app. Sensitivity is somewhat of an issue. Is either too sensitive and picks up the wind and starts to ring or not sensitive enough... I can open the door from the outside and once I close it the rings sounds. Just a matter of adjusting sensitivity to your liking. I can see clearly through the peep hole. My door did not have a peep hole beforehand and this was perfect.
