This is a great disc to throw in the player to show off your 3D TV. I have the LG 60LM7200 which is a passive 3DTV. The particle effects (snow, etc) are phenomenal in this movie. I swear it was snowing in our living room. The movie itself is cute and clever, albeit a bit predictable. My children (2 and 6) both enjoyed it thoroughly. I'm sure it will be in regular rotation in our home.

This is a great movie for the kiddos. I have always wanted to buy it but keep forgetting. To find the blu-ray and digital copy in stock at a local Best buy made it very convenient. I purchased it online and drove to the store for contactless curbside pick up. This will soon be a favorite go to movie at this household.

love that movie, already had 1 and bought this 1 for my 35 year old son...he always wanted to see it yes we are Adults but this movie is so charming and cute, even Adults can enjoy it as well as the kiddos got action, suspense, funny, sweet love that Santa, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, Sandman n of course Jack Frost...even Pitch

I enjoyed this new take on classic childhood characters. Having them work together but also having them disagree with how to do things to save the world. The Easter Bunny has never looked so tough and even Santa is imposing. They team up to face the Boogey Man to save the children and the world while Jack Frost tries to figure himself out. Great animation tells a fun story covering a few holidays.

This is a great family movie with a fantastic storyline. The special effects and 3-d graphics are spectacular. In many 3-d movies, the effects seem to be thrown in just so it can be classified as a "3-d" movie. This movie, however, incorporated the 3-d in such a way as to enhance the story altogether. I have seen the regular version of this movie as well, and I can honestly say that it was a much better experience watching it in 3-d.

My family went to see this movie when it was released in the theatres. We LOVED it!! We couldn't wait for the Blu-ray/DVD to be released and were one of the first to buy it! Great Storytelling and the animation is beautiful. The "bad guy" might be a bit scary for little ones that are easily scared but our 5yr old didn't have any trouble with it. Overall...... a great movie for the whole family to curl up with some popcorn & enjoy many times over!!!

Completely suprised by this movie. Rented it on a whim and had to immeadiately own it. Makes a great gift for any holiday as it covers them all, you know from the non-religious angle. The visuals are AMAZING. Rented it on one of those online providers was pleased. Bought it on Blu-ray and didn't know my T.V. could ever look so good! Digital's great and this came with it, but nothing beats the power of Blu-ray. Suprise win for post Shrek Dreamworks.

I always had an urge to watch this movie but not enough to go out and buy it at full price. When the 3D version went on sale I thought why not. I was truly surprised to how good the movie was and the 3D effect was spot on. Not too heavy but instead it was just the right amount of pop out. Though it does have somewhat of a dark theme, it was made well enough to where it's safe for kids to watch. Glad to have this in my collection!

Rise of the Guardians is probably one of the best movies I've seen in a while. I would defiantly recommend it to any age, it gives you a total blast to the past of being a kid by bringing together all of the childhood hopes and dreams you had before they were crushed. The animations was excellent, the storyline was so sweet, and I can not wait to hear if there is going to be a second movie or not.

My son (7) picked this movie out when I bought my 50" Vizio 3D M series TV. This movie was AWESOME in 3D! Probably one of the better movies I have seen in 3D as parts of the movie look like they are coming right for you and in more than 1 or 2 places like some movies. If you want to see a great kids show with fantastic 3D affects then get this movie!

The movie is good. I don't really like writing movie reviews, so this will be on the package. You get Blu-ray, DVD, and a digital copy. The copy is Ultraviolet, NOT ITUNES, however, since Fox is now part of Disney's new Movies Anywhere, you can redeem your code for Movies Anywhere, and enjoy it through iTunes, Amazon, or any other connected account. That makes it well worth it.

This movie is great for the whole family. We watched it for the first time at home and I could say it's a great addition that could be viewed over and over. The storyline has a great point and may mean something to those parents who actually join in the "belief" of Santa, Easter Bunny, Tooth fairy..." The characters had a slight twist in their representation which made the movie funny, yet easy for all ages to follow along. Great movie!

This movie surprised me. I can actually say this is probably one of my top children flicks to watch again. At first the title didn't catch my attention at all and nor did the front cover, but once I popped this bad boy in my Blu-Ray and watched it with my daughter....... I wanted to clap right than and there at the end of the film like they do at the movie theaters. Great movie, great storyline, well recommended.

I had not had the Fortune of seeing this with my kids yet, and best buy put the 3d Blu-ray /DVD/ digital copy on sale, so this was an easy decision to make. I can take advantage of my TV's 3d features, or watch in our van, or on a tablet/phone. The 3d works well. The story and movie are reasonable and my boys like it. Worth looking at this set.

From Dreamworks studio who also made How To Train Your Dragon (another favorite of mine) comes the story of Jack Frost who is recruited by Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and the Sandman to protect children from the Boogey Man. The acting is wonderful and every inch of every frame is filled with so much fun that even after several viewings I still see new Elf shenanigans!

My wife and kids love this film. I enjoyed it too (although not as much as them). It is a fun story about belief in magic (like the tooth fairy, Santa, Easter Bunny, etc.), about the power of working together and overcoming fear. The hardest part for me was believing that Chris Pine's voice is the voice of a teenager, for some reason I couldn't see it.

I absolutely love this movie. When it first came out I didn’t think I’d have an interest in it, I’m not even sure what made me watch it. But I’m so glad I did. It has an incredible storyline and I loved how they were able to create a story of different fiction characters that children believe in to come together to protect them.

Let me just say that I had no intention to see this movie originally, my 4 year old decided otherwise. We rented the movie and watched it for family movie night and I was blown away. The trailers for the movie made it look pretty stereotypically boring but they were a lie. The story was well done and actually had a very good overall message....I won't go into detail...spoilers and all.

I wasn't very interested to watch this at the theaters but when I saw that it was only $10 on Blu ray 3D, I knew I had to give it view. Maybe it was cause my expectations were so low, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the story & animation. Dreamworks really seems to use 3D very well on all their animated films & this one is just as good. Very fun for kids & adults.

Watching the movie kids realize that Santa, the tooth fairy, Easter bunny..... are all real, as long as they believe. Came in great when my eldest suddenly realized that somehow mom and dad were involved! Reminding her of this truth ended the tears, and led her to want to "keep the secret" so her little sister can believe a few more years!
