Works great with very very minimal quality loss. My only negative is that there are not icons on the device indicating which jack is for headphones and which is for microphone. Not a big deal, just something that would keep you from having a 50/50 chance of guessing correctly. Two thumbs up!

super easy hookup, music seems to work fine but voice only on you tube videos seem to cut out once in awhile. Overall the sound quality is very good but it does seem to cut out with voice only on you tube videos

My sound card went out on my pc and I needed a quick fix for a party I was throwing and this little gadget did the job and I'm using it as my daily driver for now.

I primarily use this to convert my vinyl records and cassette tapes to digital. The mic input does an excellent job at recording and software like Audacity didn’t have any issues with seeing the output or input for this sound card. The price is good on top of being a great product.

Had a pair of Logitech headphones that didn't have a single cord which connected the microphone and headset simultaneously. With this adapter, I saw no change in sound quality and now my buddies online can hear me clearer than using my laptop microphone. I love this thing and 20 bucks is a good deal for what I needed it for.

I bought this because my laptop has a horrible internal sound card. This external card did the trick. Simply plug it into your USB port on your computer (must be a 2.0 port), then plug your external speakers into the Juke connector. Now my Bose speakers sound great again. A lot cheaper than installing a better internal sound card!

My Wife's laptop was having trouble using the ear phone jack to connect to speakers for doing Zoom calls. I talked with the representative in the store, and he recommended this device. It works perfectly in the USB Port and gives group audio through the external speakers I bought. Thanks,

I purchased this product so I could use my Sennheiser headset on my ps4 pro because the dualshock 4 controller has very limited volume output. It has worked out great so far, both chat and in game audio work as the ps4 recognizes it as a headset right away. It sounds good for a 20 dollar device and I’m satisfied with it for the price.

I bought this device to add a microphone to my Microsoft Surface Book through a headset, the only way to attach was through a USB port. The sound is crisp and clear, the microphone works great. I bought it because this product was in stock at my local store and I needed something quickly, the quality of the sound to and from the product was a pleasant bonus.

As soon as i plugged this in it was ready to use. I was concerned that the documentation was printed too tiny to read and there was no install disk. Then I opened Device Manager and found the needed files were already installed. I was amazed. Then I plugged in my headphones and the sound was loud, clear and had great spatial separation.

The PCI bus on my computer was not working, so I could get no sound. I tried to install several different PCI sound cards and none worked. I was pleasantly surprised how well the USB sound adapter worked and how easy the installation was. All I did was plug it into my USB port and plug the speakers into it.

It works well and the price was good in comparison of other products and stores. I'm not sure the virtual surround sound really works on PS4, or any more than normal stereo, but that could have been due to the corde I was using.

This was the perfect fix. When traveling the headset that someone loaned to me was an older style. I knew there are all types of dongles etc Went to Best Buy & they had this item that took the old-fashioned headset & turned it into a 21st century perfectly good headset for like a call center environment for just a few dollars!!

I got this external sound card because my laptop had stopped producing sound from the headphone jack. I just plugged this thing in and got a rich quality experience. An easy buy, for sure.

bought this for my father's pc that i had built and was looking for a good external sound card and stumbled across this and this was mainly used it to connect sound bar and wow mind blowing awesomeness. Sound quality is great and would recommend

very good product don't know what went wrong with the sound in my computer but I bought this and it solved the problem. Easy to use plug & play and the sound quality is the same as when I just bought the computer.

Great product. Easy to use. Works with both Widows 7, and 10. Software driver automatic install. My head set with both 3.5mm plugs head phone, and mic are working as expected. Sound quality is excellent for MS Team, and zoom meeting.
