Loads of issues with built in motherboard sound so I upgraded to this. Easy to use and sounds better too. Perfect upgrade vs replacing a motherboard.

Great adapter if your PC doesn't have the aux connectors like my alienware alpha. was missing the connectors and this fixed my issue
