I had been using a Logitech mouse for the last few years, and man is this an upgrade. You can just plug it in and use it if you want. This is a larger mouse than my previous mouse, but they weight had very little difference. The mouse glides across my pad very easy, the buttons you can feel a click but it is very quiet. You can set the dpi from super low to super high. The description says 50-19k, but you can decide of course. For serious gamers you have dozens of buttons. I did not like the thumb rest personally, I like to have more room for my thumb to be able to rest. With this I can accidentally press a button I did not mean to. You do have to search a little bit for the downloadable drivers and there was an update for the drivers. This is where you really get into all of the specifics of the buttons etc. Does everyone need a mouse that can do all of this? of course not. But I do like to control what my mouse does and what it looks like. Give it a try and see what you think.

Roccat Kone XP is a wired mouse that's really good to use on my main gaming rig. One of the better-wired mice I've used in a while. Precision is excellent is on point and the click strokes are satisfying. I have really been enjoying the comfort and feel of the Kone XP and this is my first mouse from RIG Gaming. Kone XP is lightweight and easy to move around. Kone XP is superlight; The mouse can be especially when you want to game. the braided cable that is used is premium and I have no issues with the worry of wear and tear around the cord. "Phantom Flex" as they call it is just THE best! Clicking on the mouse isn't that loud and it keeps the disturbance down when gaming. There are 10 buttons on the mouse and the muti-thumb area gives you 4 buttons for customization. The scroll wheel is solid but there is no way to use a continuous scroll like on some of the others on the market. The wheel does have left and right lateral clicks so it makes up for features. it does have one of the smoothest glides n the table if that counts. While it feels like it doesn’t feel cheap the plastic around the mouse feels very smooth in the hand. The RGB is downright beautiful having you the full 18 million colors and it showcases through the mouse. if you have an RGB setup this is without a doubt the mouse to get. it just looks so good near a colorful PC. The lighting is the show stopper of this product and I'm not kidding. Definitely works excellent with first-person gaming with my test on Doom, Ion Fury, Ghostwire Tokyo, and Cyberpunk 2077 and it all seems to keep up with my precise movements. Being wired with no issues trying to charge the mouse either so always connected and ready to go. I really can't stop talking about the "phantom flex" cable. If you are gaming I see nothing wrong with the Roccat Kone XP at all. it's cheap and it's worth it at this price point. If I was looking for another one I would definitely bite the bullet and get the wireless version of this mouse. It has all the buttons I feel should be on a gaming mouse for RPGs and MOBAs. this is a real good product that's worth every penny if you are a gamer on a budget.

This mouse is absolutely stunning. This mouse is white with black accent and translucent palm shell. The bright colors from the diffusing illumination looks beautiful. The mouse itself is very well constructed and it is extremely light. This is the cable version but this cable it’s just not any cable. I am not sure how they built this cable but it is so light and flimsy it feels like a shoelace. I actually love this cable. It is so easy to manage and it feels soft too. The cable is pretty long, close to 6 feet. It has 14 buttons that can be configurable using the Roccat Swarm software. The mouse glides through the desk surface easily and is very accurate. When I connected it to my windows PC, it was able to recognize it but without the proper software you won’t be able to take advantage of all of its features. The Roccat Swarm app you are able to adjust the lights, configure the buttons, mouse regular settings and adjust the DPI. This is not my first Rocca mouse and I can say they are on point when it comes to PC peripherals, especially gaming. I was expecting this mouse connection to be USB-C, but to my surprise it is USB type A. Overall this is a very good mouse for gamers and the average user. In the box you get the mouse, manual and even an extra set of mouse feets.

great mouse, A little heavy but its got great ergonomics, I use it for day to day and games where I need the extra buttons. after almost a year it has some creeking when handling but nothing obnoxious or that makes me feel it's going to break

Pros: The button placement is well done, the software seems to work well, and the build quality is good. Cons: The mouse feels a little small in my hand and feels a bit awkward which might just be my personal preference and what I was used to with my old mouse. It would be nice to have a cheaper option that doesn't have all of the LED's and cosmetic stuff.

You can't teach a old gamer new tricks? I beg to differ. This mouse is fantastic. Easy to setup and change button configuration to what you need for the game you are playing. I highly recommend if you are and old casual gamer like my 47 year old self. Oh the RGB is cool too but I don't focus on that as much. I love Roccat products. Have the optical tkl, RGB mouse pad, torch mic and the XP. All great products. But don't take my word. Try them.

This is the best mouse I've ever used for customizability and features. The easy shift button has so many potential uses. I leverage it as a DPI clutch for sniping. The thumb buttons take some getting used to but now having 4 buttons available and able to be remapped, I can't go back. I've tried all the top mice that have DPI clutches...Razer, Logitech, Glorious, Corsair...this is the best I've found. It's not perfect...no mouse is. There's always SOMETHING you don't like. It's a trade off with anything. Give it a shot, you might be surprised.

Beautiful Mouse and the most unique RGB

This is one of the most unique RGB mice I have ever owned. The entire mouse lights up in different colors, and the software is also good. One thing I notice about installing the software is it does constantly have updates. However, you do have control over the way the mouse lights up and change it to different settings. This mouse is also a pleasure to control and feels pretty light weight. But it also provides a firm grip and is good for large hands like my own.

absolutely love this mouse, lightweight good fit to the end and has great button options, the software is easy to use, my one caveat is that if has a toggle button to ade in more options but it's the bottom of the thumb so how can I click that and the 4 thumb buttons to modify and add more options, design flaw in that sense, but otherwise great mouse

I own a Roccat Vulcan keyboard which i absolutely love. Thought i would try out one of their mice when my old one stopped working properly. I wasnt let down by my decision. The mouse is exactly what I had hoped for. Easily programmable using their software. It took me a couple days to get comfortable with the feel of it in my hand. Just different than my old one. Was slightly longer which I'm liking a lot more. On the fly adjustable dpi setting and programmable key mapping works great. Highly recommend!

I understand that RGB isn't for everyone, but love it or hate it, this mouse is wonderful. Perfect button presses, perfect heft, "meaty" enough scroll wheel that so far seems to have gotten over Roccat's past scroll wheel issues (crosses fingers.) An excellent mouse. If you find it for ~75ish or less, pounce.

I really want to give this mouse 5 stars, it has the same side button configuration as my beloved Logitech G700, which I miss and wish Logitech would bring back. The only flaws I have so far is the Swarm software that controls the button programing and macro's and that there is no way to add any weight to it. those are the only issues and the reason for 4 out of 5 stars..
