Pros: excellent sound quality. Not audiophile quality, maybe, but definitely gamer quality. I also love having the option to change the RGB lighting if I want to. Cons: charging on the base requires precise placement, or it won’t charge. Found that out the hard way. Also, the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised. The packaging boasted a 16hr battery, but mine only lasts 8-10hrs with low volumes. The RGB might have something to do with that, but I’m not sure. Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and look forward to continued use. Can’t wait to try other products from this line.

The headphones feel and sound great, my only issues are, it likes to randomly disconnect its Bluetooth connection which can be slightly annoying and secondly, for me when the headphones are on, no matter the volume setting or if there’s any noise at all coming out of the headphones, there’s this very very slight ringing. It’s only really noticeable when there’s no noise coming through the headphones and you’re wearing them with them on. Other than that tho they’re great. Super comfy and sound quality is nice

This headset feels great and sounds even better! It connected effortlessly and instantly to my PC, ive yet to have any single issue with it. My *only* gripe is that the voice detailing connectivity and power level is a bit jarring and stays a bit too long. Besides that though, excellent set of headphones!

Got this headset for my nephew and it built by the same people who make turtle beach the headset light and sounds are loud my nephew wasn’t expecting for this headset to be that good!! And it comes with a rgb dock and the rgb on the actual ear cups nice touch for kids who love light

Overall, this product is high quality with many features. However, all these features can make it annoying and hard to understand at first. For console use, the product is extremely simple, but the PC experience is a bit more complicated. I wish this headset came with the wireless dongle like the SYN Pro Air, but this one requires the charging base to be plugged in the computer as well as a special program (ROCCAT Swarm) specifically for certain ROCCAT products. Its also worth noting that Turtle Beach is the new owners of ROCCAT so it was difficult locating the software download online. There are still features I do not like after making everything work with the program because it is very complex especially to newer users like myself. I would expect at least $50 from the cost of the headset to cover what the program would cost if it was not free to use because of all the features. Overall, it is a quality headset with very intricate features for PC.

Wouldn’t recommend just because of the price but if its on sale definitely would. The charging dock isnt the best i have issues with charging the headset. Overall the sound is great i like the bluetooth option allows me to listen to music while in discord with friends on my phone.

Has some connection issues at times but for the dual connectivity im willing to deal with it and the price for them was more than great. Sound is good and get more fine tunning options on PC.

The device is awesome at what it does. The mic is clear and the sound is solid. Its ear cups are large enough for my ears with 00 gauges. I'd recommend this to others because of this. The only negative is the base station doesnt always reconnect when you let your PC idle and the headset powers off naturally. You can either reboot or just reconnect the base station. The bluetooth connection works as intended.

pros decent sound and no more mucking around with plugging and unplugging the dongle the charging base is is the receiver. They have integrated bluetooth that works while in game so you can listen to music you choose or take phone calls. cons the head band feels cheap. roccat swarm is just meh and the rgb is a bit boring. price is a tad high but if you can catch them on sale it's an amazing bargain.

Doesn't have the option to charge while using, quality is great! But sadly strictly wireless, pc needs to be powered on to charge headset on dock. is good if you leave your pc on for hours other than that very inconvenient. :/ I’d go for a wired set better. Great headset other than that

Solid headset with great sound. It’s compatible with ps5 but the volume wheel didn’t work with it unfortunately.

Sounds quality and performance is great but the features are very buggy. I sometimes have to turn the headphones on and off 3-4 before they work properly. The charging base is almost useless as the headphones do not sit on it and charge without holding them in place, you'll have to charge it with the cable which defeats the purpose of the features of this device.

If the headset manages to stay powered on and connected for more than 3 seconds, it usually disconnects within 10 minutes. Resetting the headset in the useless Roccat Swarm software doesn't help at all. Every time I try to dock the headset in the cradle, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to find the exact right position where the dock recognizes it and will charge it. I bought 2 when they were on clearance. I only opened 1 because I'm scared the 2nd one will have the same issues. I'm writing this review as i'm on BB's website checking on the return window for these things...

it has great sound but disconnects and now base not working

Disconnects atleast once every 5 hours good comfort & build quality not very much features but lightweight and simple

I love the head set as far as functions goes been able to hook it to my PS5 and my computer at the same time is awesome. However it stop charging only 1 mo th after i bought it the only way it stays on is if i am charging it. So would recommend but at the same time wouldnt. Im getting another one to gove a second chance.

I bought this on sale for 80 dollars. This product was amazing, the quality was good and the sound was perfect, the battery life on this was also good.

The activation noises and alerts are locked at max volume. 3 weeks after I got this, it no longer connected through the roccat app. I was able to connected it via bluetooth, but now it will just stop playing audio after about 45 minutes.

Very Great gaming headphone when they are on discount. Sounds very clear and loud and the pc software offer lots of adjustments. Wish they had a bid more bass punch and also they fill a bit too loose and big even at the lowest adjustment.

The quality of the headset itself is decent. The setup is kind of a pain but I took the time to follow the directions and it gave trouble at first and then after some searching on Reddit I was able to figure it out.
