    The base wasn't changing the headset. The mic wasn't that good on picking up my voice.

    Bought and had immediate issues connecting. It looked great, but it kept giving issues with connecting to the PS5. After two days and multiple uses, I had enough and paid more for something better.

    If I could give these 0 stars I would. Right out of the box these were absolute garbage. The stand is cheap, the headset feels cheap. It is uncomfortable on my ears. And the beeping, oh my god the beeping. Even when not low on battery they would not stop beeping. I could not not even get these to pair correctly, in my hour of trying they connected to my computer maybe once. They would not update they would just sit at 0% and say recover. When I hit recover it would say to reconnect the headset. I did, many many many times. These are the absolute worst pieces of garbage I have ever used in my life. Save your money, do not buy these. 0 out of 5

    If I could give a zero it would it wouldn't stay connected the mute function would mute and u mute over and over hard to get it to stay unmuted overall just bad

    literally the most trash headset I’ve ever used. Disconnects every 3 minutes and has the battery life of a dollar tree flashlight.

    I had bought plenty of headsets because I have a problem with throwing them. When I bought this headset I promised myself I would not throw this expensive of a headset. Between the disconnecting issues and charging issues this is by far the worst headset I have ever bought. I have bought cheap ones on amazon and they have worked better then these. I myself and my wife both have this headset and we have nothing but problems with them. I would not recommend these to anyone.

    I got these on sale for $99 they are normally $250 at the time of writing. I can't understand how they would retail for that high of a price. The build of the base is extremely cheap and the headset is very difficult to lock in for charging. Plus audio quality is rather poor, with a lot of static and distorted audio.

    Awful Headphones. Would not connect or put out audio. Tried recovery software as well as support and nothing would work. Best Buy refused to offer any kind of help beside a refund or exchange. I now need to drive to a UPS store spending money to return this product. Customer support was terrible. I will no longer be a customer and understand why their locations around here are closing.

    Sound good but not worth the price

    At first I’d like to start out with these are good sounding headphones. The sound is clear and a good amount is bass. But software is clunkys well as the whole setup with the charging Mount and how they want you to connect it to your pc. Sound: 4/5 Like i mentioned above, these sound good and clear. With good bass response. I listened to several YouTube videos and gaming on Destiny 2 and Cyberpunk 2077 with these. The directional sounds are distinct and as well distance from the actual sounds within the game. I took a star off because the included spatial audio really made no difference than in stereo. Built quality: 3/5 These feel rather cheap and flimsy. Nothing really feels premium about these considering their price point. Also the adjustable sides easily move from the adjustment you set for your head. Every time i put them on, i had to constantly readjust them to fit my head. The one good thing about these is the ear cushions. They feel super soft and comfortable but the head cushioning definitely does not. Battery life/functionality- 3/5 Battery life is good on these. Not great. It’s rated at 16hrs. I managed to get around that. I turned off the RGB so that helped increase it an hour or 2. I only had to charge them once a week. The button placement and the feel of the buttons are nice. I can easily find the buttons and set it up how i like. One thing i do not like is the included mount/stand. It’s clunky and you have to line up the sensors on the headphones with the sensors on the mount. Plus I’m order to charge them and have them connected to your pc, you have to connect 2 separate wires from your pc to the mount or 1 wire to an outlet and the other to your pc. It’s cumbersome and exposed wires everywhere. You have to connect the mount to your pc because that is the transmitter. Software- 3/5 Ehhh the software is ok, nothing special and is kinda confusing but i guess once you know it’s quirks you can get it to setup. There are settings to fine tune your sound with profiles as well as change the color scheme of your headphones and mount. I did notice that changing the sound settings there was not much a difference, especially their spacial audio setting.
