Use for older monitors for newer devices

Works fine, not great but we saved on e-waste as we didn't have to throw away a perfectly fine monitor. My son uses it with this Chromebook and has been doing school stuff with it.

Functional HDMI to DVI adapter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed an adapter to allow me to plug a 2nd monitor into my computer with an Nvidia Geforce GTX 750Ti graphics card. The adpater allowed me to connect my ACER 271HL monitor with an HDMI capable and to match the 1st monitor. The monitors work together seamlessly in this configuration at 1980 x 1080 at 60hz refresh rate.

Works perfectly when no HDMI on projector

Just screw in and tight it with two screws. Then get HDMI cable plug in and ready to go as plug and play. Wish this adapter is black. Reason I gave star 4. I bought the good deal the open box which save me $5.00.
