    I bought this to learn how to play my electric guitar and it works well if you can stick with it for one hour a day. Definitely use an optical cable out to a AV receiver if you can instead of just HDMI to your LCD TV.

    Rocksmith is a great tool to learn real guitar, not just a game or toy. No lag with an optical cable to my surround sound. Learn guitar in 60 days, no problem.
