Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been eyeing a Roku wireless audio for awhile, so when I got a new Roku SmartTV during the fall sales, it just made sense to get a paired speaker. The TV didn't leave a lot of room for the pair of speakers, but thankfully Roku came out with this simple sound bar (as opposed to the streambars with RokuOS) last year which was a perfect fit! It paired easy and sounds great!

Great sound bar with Roku TV

I still do not have my bill straightened out. I should have one charge as I returned 3. However, the sound bar is easily paired with my new Roku TV and the sound is great!

I have been trying to deal with Roku’s technical support for over a month doing their troubleshooting steps and resetting everything (including the TV) to factory settings, nothing has worked. I have been told they are sending me a replacement no mess than 3x and no replacement was ever sent. Last nights solution from tech support was to “go buy another tv and see if it fixed the problem, if it doesn’t we will replace the soundbar and subwoofer”. I told them I wouldn’t do that, so they hung up on me.

Numerous calls into Roku Remedial Support and still no resolution - Best advice from Support was to plug an HDMI cable into the wireless speaker

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please for the love of God do not buy this item or any item from Best Buy when it states that if you order it before a certain time you WILL get it by tommorow or the day after because it is a blatant lie! Just spent a while talking to customer service (at least they pick up the phone) letting them know that I got an email stating that they were having a hard time locating the item I wanted and that if I did not get it by the end of the month they would issue a refund. That is unaceptable so I wanted to cancel the order since they cannot located the item and I might not even get it at all. Well Best Buy does not cancel orders like that. Even as the item is MIA and they acknowledge I might not even get it, I cannot cancel the order so I am stuck without the money, the item and supposed to be happy about it. This is exactly why people go to Amazon and even Ebay. No wonder Best Buy is closing so many stores. Maybe they need to learn something from Amazon.
