The first one I brought home lost picture after 2 weeks. Had to pay $50 for Best Buy to take it back because it sat in the box for almost 2 months before we put it up. Have another one that overheated after about 2 weeks. Will never buy this brand again..

I’ve only had my TV for nine months and in the middle of watching a movie a third of the screen goes black. I bought the warranty, so hopefully they replace it.

    Finally a Roku TV!

I've always loved Roku and one by one made sure all my TV's had it. Imagine my excitement when they made their own TV! It was a replacement for the basement family room TV, but has quickly become my favorite TV in the house and where I most want to watch all my shows and movies. The picture is perfect and the color is really vibrant, not to mention a great value. Now I wish I had all Roku TV's!

ROKU and BEST BUY: WINNING COMBINATION

The ROKU TV we bought has been a game changer, for streaming, for gaming, and for family home entertainment. The remote is user friendly, plus senior friendly as a winning feature. Lightweight, and easy to navigate, the buttons for channels on the face, and the volume control on its side. A brilliant idea, and well thought of as far easy viewing is concerned. The ROKU Channel is likewise a dream, it allows a movie buff a great range of options to choose from, as well as other genres that have been made to be easily accessible. Thus far, having owned several smart TVs in the past, this ROKU TV is by far the best one, graphics superb and the colours are alive and visually stimulating. I hardly write reviews or make recommendations, but I have done so, because it deserves to be said, and good news to be spread. With BEST BUY, the title for this review speaks for itself, WINNING COMBINATION.

Context for me: Millennial, mass market consumer, owned TVs from multiple brands (LG, Samsung, Sony), mostly watching movies/TV shows and sports. Pros: - Value: It's flat-out one of the best TV values I've ever seen at the sale price I got it for ($300). No way I'd pay in the $500-600 range for a 4K TV knowing this product exists. - Roku OS: Easy. Technology should make our lives easier, not harder. Booting this thing up is so simple and navigating menus is so seamless. - Sound quality: My last TV was a more expensive LG, and the sound quality on the Roku TV compared to that is night and day better. A soundbar is only necessary if you want true premium sound; the stock sound on this TV is more than good enough. - Headphone jack: This is probably more a personal thing, but I love the headphone jack in the remote. My partner and I work from home, and it's nice to be able to work and lounge in the same room without disturbing the other person. - 4 HDMI ports: No need to prioritize connected devices, which was a big deal for me coming off my LG which only had 2. Cons: - Video quality compared to Sony, other brands: Refresh rate lags a little bit, the picture is detailed but not crisp. You can make it a little better with certain display settings (Vivid has worked well for me so far.). If you're expecting Sony-caliber or OLED caliber, you'll be mega disappointed. I admit, I was a little disappointed when I first saw it, but you have to keep in context that this is a 65-inch 4K TV for $300, you're making some kind of tradeoff. - Back button on remote was a little wonky (reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5): Hoping they are willing to replace the remote, which has a back button that is pressed in a little bit and doesn't work as well as the others. Based on this experience, I wouldn't be surprised if other reviews that complain about product defects are telling the truth - seems very possible. TLDR: If you're looking for a 65-inch TV with good enough video quality, great stock sound, and and an ultra user-friendly OS at an under $400 price tag, you can't go wrong with this TV.

Radio remote, so direct line of site not required. Big plus. Sound is good for built in speakers. Menu and app loading feel at least as responsive as the Roku devices. Only 60Hz, but I knew that when I bought it. Minus 1-star because the level of brightness emanating from the screen on a "black" video (think rain while sleeping) is actually far too bright. It looks good enough when watching shows, but I put on stuff to fall asleep too and the "black" screen is far too bright. But I can deal with it for the price paid.

This is a great TV. The price is great too. Movers broke my TV's and I didn't want to spend $3k on 2 new ones like the ones I had before because I figured there would be sales around thanksgiving so I opted for this tv at it's really low price. Now, I think I should have had one of these all along. It is great, the picture is great and it has free local tv through roku.

Right up front I'll admit that I'm no stickler for video/picture quality. I'm pretty easy to please. That being said this TV is a huge improvement over the 55" Samsung (CU7000, I think) it replaced. The picture is bright and crisp, the darks are really dark, and the UI is intuitive and convenient since the whole TV interface runs through the Roku UI. The Samsung menus were slow as molasses in January, even right out of the box, but the Roku UI is snappy. Having all of the inputs makes it much easier for the kids to play games on rather than having to call me to switch inputs for them. The four (FOUR!) HDMI inputs also eliminate the need for an HDMI switch which also makes it that much easier for the whole family to use. If you're upgrading from a smaller TV just make sure to check the measurements on this to make sure it'll fit in your space. The increase in overall size from a 55" to 65" is shocking.

The Roku 65" Select Series 4K Smart TV delivers excellent picture quality at a great price. The colors are vibrant, and the 4K resolution makes everything look sharp. The built-in Roku interface is user-friendly and provides access to all major streaming apps without needing an extra device. Setup was quick and easy, and the remote is simple to use. The sound is decent, but adding a soundbar improves the experience. Overall, this is a fantastic smart TV for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality option!

I purchased this tv for fathers day and its an awesome tv easy to setup and install. All the applications for streaming are already install and I only needed to install youtube tv and apple tv. The the remote is well built. Hazel solid surface for good gripping. It's not slippery, like the older models and I like that it's voice-enabled as well so you can use it for Alexa or just searching up stuff on YouTube or YouTube TV. The only bad thing about this TV is that. After about a month, a thin white line appeared across the whole screen. As if something landed on it and broke it, but it's just a bunch of Data pixels, I got a replacement from it. Because of the warranty and I ended up getting the same tv. The sound is pretty good on it. You can obviously pair it with a soundbar on some additional speakers, but yeah, the onboard speakers are pretty loud as it is. It's a good replacement for our fifteen year old tv. The picture quality He's extremely good for the price it reaches almost qled brightness, HDR is pretty good. And yeah, menu responsiveness is smooth and fast. There's no lag like on Samsung TVS. I do recommend this t v if you're upgrading from an older model and you're on a tight budget, the only problem so far it's just that white thin line across the screen that appeared randomly after turning on the t v.Midday

So much better than those piece of junk Google TVs. This works great, very nice and crisp quality picture (not the high end Samsung or anything). Efficient, fast. Allows AirPlay from an iPhone which is a nice feature. The TV is fantastic for the size and price. Unlike the Google TV which blew out on me in less than 2 years, I am hopeful this TV will last much longer. Great product all around and highly recommend if you want a high value TV for lower cost.

For the price it is one of the best TVs you can buy for its size. And Roku's interface makes it easier to navigate and use the product. Was easy to install. Came in nice packaging. Sounds pretty good. For more base you might want to add a soundbar. But overall it is a good buy.

This is the second Roku TV purchase I have made. My first Roku was purchased in 2018 and it still works perfectly. I just purchased a larger one 65 in and I'm so pleased with it. I had it wall mounted and didn't have any problems. The quality of picture and sound are excellent. It was compatible with my sound bar and set up was simple and quick. I had a different brand of smart Tv and had issues with it staying connected to my internet and the quality of the picture was always fuzzy. I can't see myself buying another brand.
