The sound quality is very good and the compact size make it a good fit for almost any space. The only drawback is that you cannot connect any other Roku devices to it. I have planned to add Roku surround speakers to this soundbar but you cannot add any. The sound quality is good but it would have been nice to have the ability to add surround speakers.

The Roku Streambar is an absolute game-changer, and I couldn't be happier with it. I actually got it for my parents, who are hard of hearing, hoping it would help them enjoy movies and TV shows more. The difference it's made is incredible. They used to struggle to hear dialogue and would constantly turn the TV volume up to uncomfortable levels. Now, with the Streambar, the sound is so much clearer and more direct. They can follow conversations on screen without any issues and have even said they hear sounds in shows that they've never noticed before. They keep telling me they don't know how they ever lived without it. The best part is how simple it is to use. They aren't very tech-savvy, but the setup was a breeze, and the remote is intuitive. It also combines a Roku player and a soundbar into one device, which reduces clutter and makes everything easier to manage. For anyone looking for a simple, effective solution to improve their TV's sound, especially if they or someone they love has hearing difficulties, the Roku Streambar is an amazing product. It's truly been a fantastic gift.

This is somewhat of a niche product because not everyone has a need for a streaming device and soundbar in one unit. This was perfect for my application but it is not quite as versatile as the previous Roku soundbar options that I own. Biggest difference for me is that the older Streambar and Streambar Pro allow you to expand audio by adding the Roku wireless speakers and Roku wireless Sub but this Streambar SE does not. I didn't need that for my recent application so this wasn't an issue but if you do, stay away from the SE and pick up one of the older models used or refurbished on Amazon or Ebay. My current application for this device; I am a firm believer that computer monitors make the best kitchen TVs because of picture quality and how thin they are but many either have terrible speakers or no speakers at all. Also, they don't have the onboard smart tv options at the lower price points. I paired this Streambar SE with a 100 dollar 24 inch 1080p Acer monitor and could not be happier. I previously had a 24 inch insignia 720p tv in my kitchen and this puts it to shame. It packs a punch for it's size, the dialogue is clear and it was easy to mount to the wall directly under my monitor/TV. If I ever desire to go to a 4k, HDR monitor or TV, this Steambar has me covered but for now, 1080p, full HD looks great, even close up and I get the added benefit of higher quality sound.

This is a great surround sound device. The audio and music clarity and quality is great for the value and cost. The sounds fill any room fully and allows for a big sound from a small device.

Decent product, the menus seem a little slower than the Roku Ultra but acceptable. It was a good way to upgrade the audio on my two 'dumb" flat screen TV's without complicating things. I did end up using my existing Roku remotes over the included remote. System could use a remote control upgrade.

I needed something that outperformed the TV speakers but didn't blast us out of the living room. Since we use Roku already, this was a no brainer. I was surprised at the quality of the sound and the very small footprint. It is perfect for what I wanted!

Just know that the remote that comes with the Streambar SE is considered a “simple” remote. It “does not” turn on our very new Insignia Fire TV. It will turn it off and control the apps and sound but not turn it on. I spent over an hour trying to figure it out then another 45 minutes with Roku support for the guy finally to tell me this. Bad on you Roku for being so cheap. Sound is pretty decent we attached it to an outdoor deck TV. Light on bass but not bad volume was quite good.

Solid soundbar option and Roku OS is pretty straight forward and easy to use. If you just want better dialogue clarity and this is on sale it is probably the best option at this price point. Only issue I keep running into is about 25% of the time it won’t connect to the internet and I have to restart it.

We have two Roku Streambar Soundbars. They are great! The speakers are high quality and so much better than those that come with the TV. Pretty simple set up. We have several Roku units so we already had an account with them, which made it very easy. I highly recommend this!

The audio is great. It replaced an older version so set up was easy. There is a slight problem that it doesn’t connect to my WiFi and I need to reset it

Really good sound, small profile, good remote. Only thing I don't like is it doesn't actually turn off...just goes into sleep mode. Kind of weird but whatever, it works. I am really happy with the sound from such a small device.

Easy to setup. The sound quality is great. Use a good HDMI cable, to connect to TV from Soundbar.

Great Roku device for streaming great sound fast streaming

The sound bar has really improved the TV experience. It is smaller than expected but puts out a really good sound . I had a new furnace installed and it is so much louder than the previous furnace and with the cold Iowa winter it isn’t shutting off much.i struggled to hear the TV and was constantly turning the volume up and down . Not any more. So glad I purchased it .

Compact size with good sound. A bit difficult to set up, but delivers great sound.

Easy to set up and use. I hadcto add DirectTV and all channels appeared. The sound is superior.

This little soundbar is remarkable. Such clarity and surround sound....TV sound and audio went from Mickey Mouse to James Earl Jones. The price tag was great and the sales tag was even better. By the way the setup was easy and very simple. Took about 5 minutes. Best Buy had speedy safe delivery too. I almost forgot to mention the very easy basic setup.

Love this sound bar. Small and perfect for kids rooms. We bought 1 then a few days later added another one to a bedroom tv. Perfect for night time and amazing sound. Much better then the tv quality sound. If your looking for a smaller sound bar that’s cheaper with great audio quality and other perks this is for you

Easy to setup. Sound bar is better then TV speakers. I highly suggest to invest in this product.
