Roku is the way to go

The streaming stick works well as it can be hidden from view easily for wall mounted TV’s. There have been no connectivity issues. We are happy with streaming and experience no glitches. This device is used on a regular basis.

Perfect freedom to move TV - no cable outlet req

Routine 'freezes' and reloads in course of evening viewing. TWC really needs to include WX channel. Only programming available to me is thru TWC app per my $ level of service.

Excellent alternative to cable!

Most financially responsible decision we have made...........get rid of COX! We have so much from Roku that we will never be asking what there is on TV, and we can pick what we want and when we want it!!

It wouldn't fit in my 24 inch flat screen TV in the spare room, the device is too large and bulky. I thought it would be slim like a flash drive for a computer. I'm still learning this device and there are some definite benefits to the free tv, lots of documentaries and kids channels. There are also many channels that cost money. The commercials are weird and repetitive on some channels. This would be a good option for those who can no longer afford costly cable tv, but you may want to think twice if you're thinking of getting rid of cable completely before trying this alternative. I do like this device rather than the box option. I would like to see the price more competitive to the Google Chrome device.
