This ROKU Stick is wonderful. The only negative is the remote. It fails constantly. The only way to make it work again is to remove and reinstall the batteries. This is not a big problem due to the ROKU App I added to my phone, allowing it to act as the remote.

Before making my purchase on the Roku Streaming Stick, I checked the reviews and only found those satisfied with just the nature of what the product does which is streaming. Personally, I made the decision to purchase the stream stick to access the TWC app on a flatscreen that doesn't have a cable box which is awesome. With that said, the performance on the stream stick is slow and the remote has some serious lag from trying to turn on the device to trying to make selections. The stream stick is good if you are on a budget. If you want the performance go to the Roku3 or Roku (4K).

Picked up this Roku HDMI stick last week. Its a nice convenient device. You don't have to plug it in to a wall socket, just charge it with the USB that is usually right next to the HDMI inlets behind the TV. It doesn't take long to set up. It does take a credit card to set up, they say its to make things easier incase you buy something. Its annoying and NOT an option. Lame. The reception is just ok. It picks up 2-3 bars in a room where other devices get 4 bars no problem. The apps are great. There are a ton. But the more obscure apps are faulty and get hung up a lot. Overall decent, probably worth around $30 to me.

Lots of movie channels to pick from and great choices to watch TV from FoxNow and others. Disappointed channels like CBS and SyFy only let you watch clips, but that's not Roku's fault. I like the streaming stick because I can move it easily from TV to TV in our home. I do wish that Roku and other streaming sticks like it would lose the bulk on the stick itself, as I must buy an adapter for it to fit on my daughters' TVs. Its size, though small, still gets in the way on some televisions.

It works well, but is a bit slow. Navigation took me a while to get, but I'm old so tekky stuff isn't always an immediate ah ha for me. It has opened up a whole new world of content (just what I need with 250 channels of TV 249 channels of which are useless.

I had gotten a Roku 3 for my main TV and was pleased so decided to get this Roku for my extra TV. It doesn't get used a whole lot but it is convenient, easy to set up and doesn't take up any space.

I bought this product on impulse to use on a TV that does not have a cable connection. I chose it because it comes with a remote, since I don't have a smart phone to control it. Installation was easy, but I would have preferred one with more movie channels.

Love roku, I dropped my cable TV and saved $120 , and I get channels I actually watch thru roku apps streaming channels....if on a budget, I recommend this product

We have enjoyed additional entertainment. Our daughter was the one who encouraged us to make the purchase as she has one and is enjoys it. We have been a little disappointed in not being able to view some of the newer movies that we had hoped to be able to do.

There is so much more available to me with the Roku stick. I use my smartphone as a link and it is so much easier. I did experience a problem the other day when the Roku was unresponsive. I unplugged it for a minute and that did the trick. Good product for the price

I love my Roku. I am not a tech savvy person, but this was the easiest thing to use. We had originally bought a stick from another company, but we had issues with it. I also love all the movie/show choices that are available to us now.

the roku streaming device is easy to use and the remote control is very convenient way to review available content and to select programs. set-up was not difficult.

It does just what it is supposed to do. Allows me to connect to many different sites to watch what i want. Was easy to set up. Remote is easy to use. Saved me from buying a smart TV.

I got it to work, but it was frustrating to setup, and the remote loses pairing to the stick. I think the wifi remote is better, but it's more expensive.

Easy to install, works great for what I wanted it for, watching amazon prime and youtube videos on a second tv. Do not use it for steaming movies from other sites.

A Roku 3 in a cheaper, stick form. Does everything it says and has an easy-to-navigate user interface. If you want to stream Netflix, Crackle, Amazon, WWE Network, etc., this is by far the best and cheapest way to do it. We were happy with our Roku 2 and got this for one of our other TV's as the Nintendo Wii was a bit slow running streaming services. Thus ended up on our main TV. This outdoes a Fire TV stick and we won't even talk about a Chromecast. Get this if you want to stream, it outpaces the competition.

I purchased this because I didn't want to spring for a new Smart TV and I am so glad I did! It works great. The remote is a little difficult to use but I found I could connect my smart phone to it as well and that is much easier to use for youtube searches etc.

the stick is definitely convenient but make sure your HDMI port will hold the stick....the location of my HDMI port wouldn't allow for the the stick to be plugged in straight (it was too long for the opening)! But streaming is good quality and can't complain...

This Roku stick is easy to set up and use. If you don't want to pay for cable and have wi-fi, this is the way to go, providing many options for you to watch/stream/rent/buy/etc.

We have several Roku boxes in the home and thought this time we'd try the stick instead. No issues. Works as expected and takes up less room. I'm happy.
