Roku is a good product to start with for streaming but it doesn't have the ability to use other drives in the household like the device from LogiTech.

Roku stick is very slow I recommend the amazon fire stick of using netflix or sling app speeds are much better

I was unsure about this purchase for the tv in the guest bedroom but it was a great idea for a tv that is used very little per year and I don't have to pay a monthly cable bill

I own both the Roku 3 and the Roku Stick. I would recommend both of these products. More streaming choices than the competitors.

I bought this for my daughter, so she could "cut the cable". She loves it. I think I will get one also to view programs that I can't get with cable.

I first purchased the Amazon Fire tv but was not impressed. It had too much Amazon stuff not enough choic es of other programs. I returned it and got the Roku. What a difference.

Takes a few minutes to start up but once it does it is very stable and shows a beautiful hd picture on all channels , I love how you can hide it all behind the tv without a bunch of wires sticking out everywhere. I am using this on my bedroom tv and it is great for that purpose, I recommend the Roku 3 if speed is an important factor for you, Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

I love the fact I was able to cut my internet and cable bill by 2/3 of what it was. i am able to still watch on demand programming through my cable provider at minimal cost.

WIsh I had waited to get the remote with headphone capability, and only downfall it can't run off of the tv versus having to get power separately.

I chose the Roku streaming stick because I compared It online between the other streaming sticks and it was rated higher than both of its competitors

I love my Roku! I bought it to replace a chrome cast that stopped connecting to wifi. Great product, love the remote so I don't have to use my phone.

I own two roku 3 and I like the hdmi much better as far as the power plug and the ability to listen through the headphones, and hulu plus quick access feature. This a very user friendly device , my two year old daughter has learned how to navigate the netflix access feature , but most of her favorite programs are on hulu plus. I bought two hdmi and I have two each and I need one more but I have not decided on which I like them both.

This is the 2nd Roku Streaming Stick, this one is for my kids, perfect tool to have kids watch tv show and time warner cable

I purchased the Roku for myself. I wish I had bought one sooner! I enjoy watching the movies, netflix, and am still exploring the free channels and movies. I highly recommend!

I am not a technical person however, this was the easiest to connect and install...this was inexpensive vs. buying a smart tv...

This is a pretty efficient way to make a dumb TV smart. works Great.

The plug and play Roku was easy to use inexpensive but I recommend checking out your tv's sub hookup!

I was pleasantly surprised at the range of channels I could get after I purchased the Roku. Best Buy offered a better price than other vendors locally and I was very satisfied.

Set up takes about 15 minutes but after that you can customize your homepage and add and delete apps. Very easy to use. I mainly use it to watch twc channels I pay for without having to purchase another cable box. I did find that occasionally while using the twc app channels would not work but usually switching from one channel to another fixes the problem.
