I purchased this product for my parents. I am impressed with the quality and had previously purchased 3 other Rokus for myself and family. Inhighlybrecommend this product.

I've had multiple Roku's for many years. My new Roku stick remote would only connect but for a couple of mins before it would stop. Re-Pair... work a couple of mins and stop. Did this literally over 20 times. After a couple of other different things, Roku support said I needed to reconfigure my WiFi router. Why? The old Roku remote STILL worked fine. I took it back and got a Fire TV. NOT ONE PROBLEM CONNECTING WITH MY REMOTE... NO RECONFIGURING OF MY WiFi ROUTER. I don't like this by the book support (do this.. no? then do this... no? then..) when it's obviously a defective unit. When my old Roku connects fine, can't we go ahead and assume there's something wrong with the new unit without reconfiguring my WiFi Router? Go through a lot of unnecessary steps to come to the obvious conclusion..... Uh, bad unit!

Very easy to use. Plug right into my TV and download my apps and up and running. I bought it online during a special so loved the price I got it for.

I am a big fan of roku boxes/sticks. I have internet at my house so it is easy to access netflix and hulu with the roku. Much more affordable than a monthly cable bill!

Could not run cable to one room in our new house. This allows us to access cable. Does not always connect.

I saved enough on my cable bill in one month to more than pay for this. PLUS I can find the programs and movies I WANT TO WATCH without scanning through a ton of channels!!

Debated whether to go with a more expensive model and decided to go with this one. Mostly we stream content from JW.ORG and it has worked great for that. Had a little trouble with the set up but not too bad.

Those who can't afford smart TV, this is the one you go for. For its price it's worth it and makes your TV smart TV just for $40. Pretty awesome.

I love my Roku! I now have 3 separate Roku pieces. I own a Roku 4, a Roku Stick, and a Roku XD. They are all great streaming devices, and I recommend them to everyone.

Have a tv in another room about 15 feet from wifi router. Sometimes it connects to it, only for a second, then it can't find it. Moved it to another tv about 10 feet from router and no problems. if you buy this stick make sure you are going to be close to your wifi unit, or you are going to have problems. Have my computer in the same room and it has no problems connecting.

It works great with lot of applications to choose from but the only problem I felt is the interface is bit slow compared to my samsung smart tv.

I like this setup. I can get my free Christmas music using the ROKU now and save money from Directv by downgrading service (which cancels Christmas music/Holiday station).

This product was bought for the husband. It's doing a great job working with his bluetooth phone, tv, computer, sound-bar, and game system. Success!

I was told I didn't need to purchase subscriptions to get the channels but you do. It's good that I already had Netflex or I couldn't get any channels.

I have a Roku stick in the bedroom and decided to get this for the living room. They a special and I had a $10 credit so it was a Great Deal! I would def get it again.

Very simple to set up. I like the versatility of the Roku. It's small and easy to hide.

I already had an older Roku 2 device that I moved to our second tv after getting rid of satellite service. This one was purchased to give us a second streaming device. It has worked as well as the first one and was easy to set up and use. Not having to run a cable is a plus. There are thousands of channels from which to choose. If you want to get rid of cable or satellite, this is the brand you want.

A Roku in a stick, it turns my old Samsung into a new device. Setup was very easy. No complaints.

I wanted to like the product, but it kept locking up over and over. Sometimes within the first minute, sometimes as long as 10 minutes, but it always locked up. Tried resets, but nothing worked. Maybe it was my internet, but I have cable and don't have that condition with other streaming devices. I returned it for a Roku 2 and it works flawlessly. Highly recommend.
