I'm just fed up with the big Cable bills, and I'm going with the Roku and or Netflix as an alternative to lower the costs of TV. So yes this is a great product.

We gave this as a gift for my parent and they loved it. Super easy to use and set up.

Roku was very easy to set up and synced seamlessly with my iPad and Android phone without me having to do anything. I love being able to watch on demand programming all in one place on the big screen! Very pleased with my purchase.

We have really enjoyed our Roku! I have only added a few channels because I haven't had the time to go through all of them yet. We would definitely recommend it!

The roku stick is a fantastic product compared to the google chromecast. It's nice to have an interface that turns dumb tv's into smart ones. No need to use your phone or tablet to watch content, this device just streams it directly to your tv. It's stupid simple!

Already had Netflix, and still have cable, but Roku makes accessing it easier! Plus other obscure channels, definitely worth the price.

I was thinking of ChromeCast, but for a few more bucks I have a remote which is a big plus for me. The quality of this brand is already known as really good.

Took a basic LG TV and made it a "Smart TV" with this addition only. Adds a whole new dimension to your watching experience. Best $40 I've spent in a long time!

I had went on a trip out of town when a friend recommended the Roku stick to watch movies and T.V. Shows, bought it, used it, and havent stopped using it since.

this is my 5th roku purchase. love this device so much i got a=one for every tv and one for when i travel. greatest invention for entertainment since the TV

After reading the reviews on Roku, Chromecast, and Firestick, I chose Roku because it had more options, and I have not been disappointed. It works great!

We had 2 Roku units in the house and bought this one for my bedroom. Works fine but does seem to get hot after an hour or so of use.

It is amazing how fast this little stick is. We use it mainly for Netflix and have not had any issues with buffering and the programs load within seconds.

I like this except for the fact that you have to get a membership to all the programs on the stick, but it is still cheaper than cable.

The Streaming Stick is handy for streaming content to my TV. It was pretty easy to set up. The HD image quality is great. There are many sites (channels) to choose from, some paid and some free, though some of the free ones also offer an ad-free version of their content for a fee.

Good product to accommodate my needs. This is the second one I have purchased.

Bought this for my wife to use and she loved using the Time Warner app so much. She called and asked Time warner if we could get rid of the box and just use there app (to which they said no). She was really happy to use the NBC app for the REO Olympics she was able to watch all the events not normally shown in their entirety. It runs perfectly with no problems or buffering.
