The adapter signal strength tends to be intermittent. It's a great device when it's working.

When loading Netflix, I find it to be slower than I'd hoped. Other than that, it does the job.

Great little device, not as fast or have the headphone support of the Roku 3, but much cheaper and doesn't require a power outlet as it uses the TV USB.

Roku works when it wants to work. I'm always unplugging it or taking the batteries out of the remote to get it to on connect to each other. And now its not even coming on. I wanted to watch hulu plus but unfortunately i cant get my roku to even come on. What a waste.....

good but hard to install. iinstructions are not very clear.

Our family decided to get rid of cable and felt that Roku provided much of what we were looking for. Paired with Netflix or HuluPlus really allows for cheaper television with the added feature if tons of old and new movies.

I got this for my daughter in college since her apartment's cable company offers very limited channels. She can now keep up with all of her favorite shows.

For anyone thinking of buying this ROKU device, I will say we couldn't be any happier with it. Having the remote makes it's use seamless and simple.

Installed in minutes. No issues since put into service two months ago. Plan to buy several for friends and family.

Purchased for my Aunt, primarily for viewing Netflix. Being electronic illiterate, this device has proven easy to set up and easy for her to use. She loves it.

i purchased two, one for each of my grandkids because they don't have smartphones. They can watch tons of shows and it comes with a remote! Great purchase!

excellent streaming device. lots of different channels to watch. remote control works fine. streaming is more faster when using/pairing an iPhone device.

It is one of the best investment made for electronics. Before buying this stick we hardly turned on TV as we do not have cable, but after having this we cannot get enough. It is very easy to setup and use. Makes use of netflix, youtube, amazon prime a very easy job. you can project anything from computer to tv.

I love it the only thing that I wonder if the other models are faster as in getting wifi signal sometimes I think its too slow

This product surpassed my expectations. It provides access to a large number of products and web sites. The quality of the video and audio are excellent.

If you don't mind watching TV 1 day late then I highly recommend this product along with a Netflix and Hulu subscription. Its a lot cheaper than cable TV.

This is my 4th Roku device. I have tried other streaming platforms, Apple TV and google based platforms but I keep coming back to Roku and have a device on all of my TV's. I knew it wouldn't work with my Logitech remote because the device is tucked away in the HDMI slot and not in the remotes line of sight. The Roku uses infrared signals. Roku doesn't work well with the finer points of a universal remote for switching between shows on Netflix or Amazon, it tends to skip over every other shot tile in the Netflix or Amazon cue. I use the Roku remote for choosing a selection on all my TV's and I"m OK with that. The one thing I was surprised by was that the Roku stick still needs a power supply to plug into the stick. It doesn't bother me i just thought that it operated more like a USB stick from all of the pictures and advertising. It does eliminate the need for an HDMI cable and it's hidden so all you have to do is hide the power supply and it streams extremely well just like all of my other Roku devices.
